  • Welcome to a mountain bikers haven! Just 2 minutes (on bike) from the trail of the Bella Vista back 40 our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom sanctuary is located in a little cul-de-sac with lots of privacy and beautiful views of the Ozarks. Our home features a master suite with a king size bed and a second bedroom / bath with 3 twin beds. Enjoy the open living space while catching up after some great rides! The beautiful sun room offers lovely views of the wooded back yard and a great coffee spot.

Woodsy aging beauty

A little dated and older property, but in a beautiful setting and very clean and super comfy beds. It’s a great value if you don’t need a super stylish place. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Great place close to trails

This house was perfect for our stay in Bentonville. We wanted to check out the trails and it is right near the Back 40 trails. The house had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable.

Great location for Biking, close to Back40 and Blowing Springs trails. Fenced back yard was pet friendly.Internet speed was 50Down/40Up, worked for us most the time with some interruptions.

The house was spacious and easy to find in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Rogers, Fayetteville, and Eureka Springs if you’re riding.

The stay was nice the house is in a very quiet neighborhood. The master bed was sagging in the center and the sofa is uncomfortable. Distance to the bike paths is GREAT.

Bella Vista Stay

We arrived at the property and it was accurate to what was online. Since we brought our motorcycle, the garage was nice to have. We loved the large fenced backyard for our dog. We had a great stay!

Great Bella Vista Location. Ride to MTB trails.

Perfect space for our stay. We came to ride MTB. Trail access to Back 40 was very close, many route options open up from there. We liked the back porch area with the party lights.

Wedding weekend

Mainly booked because it was pet friendly and had a large backyard with good strong secure fence which was perfect for the two dogs. It was very quiet and peaceful. Close to all of the wedding events. Host was great!

NWA mountain bike trip

Quiet neighborhood. We liked the fenced in back yard for the dogs. Short ride to get to the Back 40, Blowing Springs and the Greenway. King bed mattress is very comfortable.

Spring bike trip

Very clean with comfortable beds. Garage and short distance to bike trails were ideal for our trip. Fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog to get some exercise. Will definitely be back

Spring Break Mountain Biking

This is a clean property that is exactly as described. We enjoyed the use of the full garage for our bikes. Plenty of space for two adults, two kids, and a dog.

Nice Place!

Other than a couple of small hiccups, was a really nice place to stay. Heat was turned off when we got there so house was only 41 degrees, took a bit to warm up. Quiet neighborhood, close to basically everything. Host was very easy to get a hold of check in check out was easy peasy. Price was right would stay again.

Wooded Arkanasas paradise

House was better than expected. A tranquil and beautiful neighborhood with Deer, Muskrat, fox, Beaver, and lots of singing birds. Conveniently located about 10-15 minutes south to Bentonville, large super Walmart 5 miles to North in Mo. Lots of big windows to enjoy the view.
