Comfortable

I was there for a short stay with my older parents and the house was very comfortable. Perfect set up and nice extra touches to make it feel homey. Easy to find location, which can sometimes be an issue in Bella Vista.

Nice quite neighborhood conveniently close to all NWA has to offer.

Nice home, short drive or a quick Jump on your bike. Perfect split floor plan if you had two couples sharing home. Quite neighbor hood on the end of a dead end street. Zero traffic.

Home away from home

This was our second time staying at this house for a getaway with our two teens and dog. The house is comfortable and clean. It’s in a quiet wooded neighborhood that served as a home base for day trips to Fayetteville and Eureka Springs. I could (and did) sit on the back deck for hours.

Property is more beautiful than the pictures. Comfy beds, great lay out and fenced yard with woods beyond fence in an upscale quiet neighborhood. We love our stay and highly recommend this property.

Lovely home, gorgeous and quiet neighborhood with outdoor spaces that provided comfortable spaces

Located in a very nice neighborhood. House is well equipped and comfortable. Easy access to the museums we visited. Outdoor areas were enjoyed in this quiet neighborhood. Host instructions were a bit too stringent. Messages and rules were condescending. When we informed host of a suspicious man who came by house one night she never bothered to acknowledge or answer our concern.

Wonderful Find

We loved this cozy home! The view on the deck is wonderful and our dogs loved the little yard! The property manager checked in with us, which was so sweet! There were a ton of little touches and so many extra items provided. We’ll definitely stay there again!

Nice place, quiet area, clean. Size was good for 4 adults. Fenced yard for dogs. Back 40 trails very close, about 15 min drive from downtown Bentonville. A very enjoyable place to stay for our mtn biking vacation!

Great stay!

We enjoyed our time here! The property was great and very dog- friendly! We enjoyed a nice view from the deck and a fully fenced yard for our dog! The Back 40 trails were a short drive from the home! The only problem was that the storage space was too small for even our kids' bikes.

Perfect relaxation spot

Everything was great! Clean house, modern living room, and excellent towels and bedding. The view from the deck was amazing as well...so much nature so close! A one day stay was not enough time for us, so we will stay longer next time.

Clean and convenient

We were lucky to snag this spot and appreciated the hospitality and cleanliness upon arrival. Close to everything we wanted to explore. We appreciated the fenced yard since we traveled with our dog. Would recommend to family and friends looking to explore NWA.

Family visit

Very comfortable rental - easy to find and close to our Bella Vista relatives. Altho the weather was cooler and wetter than we wanted, we were warm and dry in our vrbo. We even saw some deer and a fox and many squirrels and birds.

Cute, comfortable and clean

This house is on a quiet cul de sac in a wooded neighborhood. It was the perfect size for a quick getaway with our two teens and dog. It was very clean and cozy, and our dog loved the deck and fenced yard to watch the sights and sounds of the woods. The location was convenient for short drives to Rogers, Bentonville and Eureka Springs.

Home away from home

Beautiful little house with a pretty wooded view. Perfect for our party of three. Quiet and cozy. Covered flat patio was wonderful to keep our mobility scooter and trailer out of the weather. Coffee on the patio was a nice way to start the day. Recommend greatly to older folks looking for a peaceful stay!

Bella Vista

Very clean & well organized. Coffee maker didn't work correctly, master bedroom tv only broadcast new channel. 2 other tv's in the house did broadcast other channels so maybe a setting was off on the master bedroom tv.
