“Address number wasn't listed on the mailbox or house, so it was hard to know if we were at the right place. The entrance was poorly lit, under a dark deck, with no house number. Couch was old and stained and creamer was curdled. On a positive note the rest of the place was clean and the streaming services were easily accessible.”

“Very happy with our stay. The place was clean and spacious. Easy to get to Bentonville. Highly recommend.”

“We had a great stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we could ever need. We will definitely be back.”

“Josh and Michelle are incredibly responsive with questions. The condo was clean and cozy. We enjoyed playing the games at night with our kids. The plans for our visit was mountain biking and paddle boarding. We ended up paddling on Little Sugar vs going to the lake. The proximity to the new Oz Bike Park was perfect. We very much enjoyed our stay.”

“Very unique property! Loved the decor, lake views and the opportunity to create art! I have stayed in many rentals but this one is one of my favorites. Would definitely stay here again. Enjoyed taking an evening boat ride with the hosts. Michelle and Damon are very personable. Michelle goes above and beyond to make sure you have an excellent experience! She is very quick to respond should you need to reach out to her during your stay. If you have mobility issues then this may not be the place...

The King bed had nice clean bedding but you sink to the middle. The creamer curdled in the coffee. It was clean when we arrived....

“Such a great stay!!! First sell - dog friendly and a great outdoor space for ours to run around :) Second major sell - having full access to the garage for all our outdoor toys. Third sell - you could not beat the price for what all this house had to offer in terms of comfort, space, privacy, and supplies. And the location was perfect - out of town, but a quick drive to wherever you wanted to go. The house was clean, cozy, and homey! The bunk beds were a hit with the kids. Back deck is a great...
