Apartamento moderno y espacioso con gran terraza, compartido con el apartamento Liszt Attic, equipado con tumbonas y sombrillas y maravillosas vistas, ubicado frente al lago en un edificio histórico en el corazón de Bellagio.

Equipado con WIFI, aire acondicionado y doble acristalamiento que lo hacen muy tranquilo, es el alojamiento ideal para pasar unas vacaciones rodeado de una belleza incomparable.

El apartamento está ubicado en una zona peatonal donde encontrará las mejores tiendas de moda, restaurantes y bares para experimentar la atmósfera típica del lago.

El aparcamiento público está a 200 metros del establecimiento.

El edificio donde vivía Franz Liszt se encuentra a 200 metros del punto de embarque del ferry y de los aparcamientos públicos y está a pocos pasos del Lido y Villa Melzi.

You have a beautiful view of the lake from the bedroom and living room. It is super close to the ferry and all of downtown. Wonderful place for a vacation.

The place is amazing just as described with 3 in-suite bedrooms on a most beautiful street in Bellagio! The location was perfect, as well as the view from the small balcony and one of the bedrooms! There is also private roof top that we enjoyed one afternoon with the views on the lake! Even though Bellagio is very busy, this place felt private and quiet! The host was very responsive and easy to communicate! I’d highly recommend this place and would def stay next time!

Great location

Very nice and clean apartment. Especially nice for three couples that we each had our own bathrooms. The location was very good… easy access to shops and restaurants. The ferry was also a few steps away.

Great location

The location is right in the heart of Bellagio and walkable to many restaurants and shops. Very clean and spacious enough for our group of 6. The terrace was a little misleading as it was not ready for guests. Could be because we were there in April before the high season. All in all we were very happy and enjoyed the apartment and the lovely welcome basket that was left for us

Amazing location and comfortable apartment

The apartment is located in the center of everything in Bellagio. There are steps to get there, but that's all of Bellagio. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were all en-suite. The sofa was perfect for napping. The kitchen is small but who would cook with all the great restaurants around? We would definitely return to this apartment. The shops and cafes are literally feet from the apartment's private entrance. There is a laundry facility, solely for our use, and there was a large terrace, which unfortunately we didn't have time to take advantage of to sit, drink wine & enjoy the stars. The hosts were fantastic and very accommodating. Definitely a 5-star stay.

Amazing location!

This spacious condo was clean and comfortable. The location can’t be beat as everything you want is right outside the gate. Being just steps away from the ferry terminal made dally touring so convenient. Very quiet inside for peaceful sleeping.

Birthday Celebration in Bellagio

My family of 5 stayed in the Liszt Home and it was perfect for us. The location could not have been better! There is a building under construction that blocks a little of the lake view, but it wasn’t a problem. The owner and manager were very communicative and even dropped off a bottle of wine for my husband’s birthday. You must stay here if you are planning a visit to Bellagio!

Beautiful Bellagio

This apartment did not disappoint! From the location to the views, everything was amazing. Walk right out the gate and into the shopping and restaurants. Ferry terminals are each less than a 5 minute walk. Be aware that there are steps and stairs that luggage must be carried up. This is a small inconvenience for such a great place to vacation.

Family Trip Perfect

Stayed 6 nights in both the List Home & Attic. Location was perfect. Close to all restaurants & shopping. Ferries to other local towns were only a two minute walk away. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom which was very helpful at shower time. Christian (management) emailed daily to see if everything was OK, and was very attentive but not intrusive. A perfect spot.

Wonderful week in Bellagio

The property was roomy, clean and well furnished. The location couldn't have been better - we were in the middle of everything, yet the apartment was very quiet inside. Our only problem was the property manager was almost non existent. Someone met us when we arrived and gave us a very quick tour of the house, and then never returned another call. We had no large emergency, but did need them once and had a few questions another time. Overall we would rent it again just for the space and convenient location.

Fantastic Bellagiio experience

- great location, step from the main promenade - street going up the hill has some of the best shops, restaurants and wine bars in Bellagio - beautiful views from living room and master bedroom over the ferry landing and lake. - when we come back to Bellagio we will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful apt, great service, great location

This was the perfect apt for our family of 5 (kids ages 16-22). Clean and spacious. Air conditioned! Christian was easy to contact and very helpful. The location is great if you like being in the middle of everything (we did)! Bathrooms were large, beds were comfortable. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Stunning Views

The property is freshly renovated and in superior shape. Location couldn't be better and is within walking distance to ferry, shopping, dining, beach and restaurants. The apartment has soaring ceilings, large windows and is decorated in a refreshing minimalist style. My only note of hesitation is about the number of stairs...it must be noted there are two flights of steps to climb.
