The master bedroom offers a tranquil retreat with a double bed and a large wardrobe for storing personal effects. The bathroom is elegantly designed with a shower, sink, toilet, bidet, and washing machine for added convenience.
Located in a condo with access to a small secluded beach, guests can enjoy swimming and sunbathing during the summer months. The apartment also has a private garage for parking; an elevator connects garage and apartment.

City Tax: € 3,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 30 nights


Tourist tax: In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality.

Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement.
