The main bathroom upstairs also has a bath and there is also a powder room downstairs.

The large fully equipped kitchen has a Falcon stove, a separate butler’s pantry, dishwasher and a large food prep island.

The main lounge area has comfy lounges where you can curl up in front of the open fireplace and guests comfort is assured year round with geothermal underfloor heating and reverse cycle AC. The adjoining sunroom and upstairs library are perfect spots for reading or quiet moments.

The separate Mulgrave Cottage is set within its own orchard garden, the cottage is a charming country retreat with complete privacy for extended family or friends. Fully self-contained with its own deck and BBQ, it’s a cosy retreat with all the essentials.

Main family bathroom has a bath tub and there is also a separate powder room.

The kitchenette is perfect for preparing breakfast or light meals with a cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.

The open plan lounge/dining area has a slow combustion fire, air-conditioning and a smart TV.

Head outside and you will find expansive lawns for games and exploration, including a 100m driving range (BYO pitching wedge & balls). The property does also have an unfenced pond so children must be supervised at all times.

There are two decks for outdoor entertaining, a BBQ and a fire pit where you can take in sunset views or gaze at the stars. You can also challenge your friends to a game on the table tennis table in the garage. Once again please ensure that children are supervised at all times in this area.

The property also features a fast EV charger (Type 2 connector).

Mulgrave House does allow pets (up to 2 dogs) but we please ask that they are not allowed upstairs or on furniture.

Events and parties are not allowed and maximum guests must be strictly adhered to. External security cameras do monitor the front gates and lower paddock.
