“My husband and I enjoyed our stay, but our 8 month old lab LOVED it! We enjoyed the horses coming by for a carrot now and then. The cabin was nice and I especially appreciated the bed and linens. Kitchen was as advertised and the hot tub was great!It’s in a great area for hiking which we did even though it rained a good bit while we were there.”

“My friend and I stayed here on a hiking trip to New River Gorge National Park. The property is cute and quaint, with thoughtful details in every room, nook, and cranny. The upstairs loft is spacious and cozy, the perfect place to serve as an extra bedroom, kids room, or play room. The outdoor hot tub and sauna were great and had a beautiful view of WV wilderness. Nikki was responsive and kind. I would love to stay here again someday and I highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area!”

“We needed a dog friendly place to base our New River Gorge trip and this fit the bill. Plenty of room and everything went smoothly. No dishwasher so you'll have to hand wash any dishes you use but that's not a huge issue. The window unit air conditioners worked well enough we were quite comfortable.I would add that you are parking in front of the left hand garage door but you are staying in the main house. The keypad is on the back sun room door. ”

“Was a very nice, clean place. The owner was very responsive to questions. We never had any problems, but "checking in/out" was super easy. The setting was cool, it was remote, but just down the drive is a large fishing lake. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, and they had some extras (e.g. salt and pepper). Best for us, it was about 5-10 mins from the New River NP visitors center, and the white water rafting company. Would definitely stay here again.”
