This house was amazing! Definitely would stay here again. The thoughtfulness of our host. She had so many goodies for us, especially for our Thanksgiving meal. Town was small but quaint and within walking distance. And the views from the house of the beach and water were amazing.

Beautiful Victorian home with huge wrap around porch and private beach. Amazing view of the Onset Bay with stunning sunrise and sunset views. Very clean and spacious home. Nice amenities for everyone. Two restaurants within two minute walk. Five minute walk into Onset with more beaches, shops, restaurant, etc. Owner is awesome person to deal with. More restaurants, bagel shops and supermarkets within 10 minute drive. Highly recommend staying at the Belle of the Bay!

The property and Christina were both outstanding. The photos of the interior do not do justice to the subtlety, warmth, and pleasures of each room and each view from within the house. Although the house is large, it feels cozy and welcoming. By far the best experience we have had renting a summer home - after 40 years of doing so. Having hired many painters and such in those years, I've not seen such exacting work on interior design, finishining, and decorating. Each surface feels luxurious and understated, almost calming in its thoughtfulness.

Excellent place for large families or groups. Kids friendly accommodations. Quiet neighborhood, great ocean view and private beach. Conveniently located within walking distance to Onset’s town center which offers entertainment, many restaurants and shops, and a Canal Cruise twice daily. This was our second time at Belle of the Beach and it won’t be the last. Highly recommended!

The best beach getaway!

We had such a wonderful stay at Belle of the Beach. It was my husband and i, our 2 children and my in laws. There is plenty of room for more than we had staying but the house is exactly is described, its historic, charming and has all the amenties you'd need. Christina was an exceptional host from our first phone chat to checking in when we arrived. She informed us we would need to bring our own beach towels but that wasnt a problem at all! They have beach chairs and toys in their shed, a private beach which was perfect for our kids and safe, and an outdoor private shower to rinse off. The home itself had plenty of room for all of us to have our own space if needed too. My in laws enjoyed the 3rd floor master area, while my husband and i and the kids had rooms on the second floor. There is laundry on the second floor also and detergent! They had shampoo/conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms, extra blankets etc. Beds were comfortable too! Onset Village is walkable across the bridge just a few homes down from Belle of the Beach and there are restaurants, shops and a beautiful new playground for the kids - about a 15 min walk into the Village! That was a nice surprise, it had just opened the day before we arrived! Cape Cod Canal cruises operate right out of Onset village so take advantage of that being so close too. We also drove about 25 min to the port to take the ferry over to Martha's Vineyard for the day also! We had an exceptional time, would absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful week at this home. We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable here. We enjoyed peaceful evenings on the front porch overlooking the water. The host was extremely responsive if we needed anything or just had a question. Each bedroom having a private bath is a huge bonus! It was perfect for our family vacation.

"Home by the Sea"

Belle of the Beach was a great place for our recent family get reunion! There were plenty of comfortable beds for 13 of us; all lovely rooms and with private bathrooms- that was a plus. The home was very well stocked with everything we needed for our 4 day stay. We did have some rain so the children did find the many games available and that made it fun when we had to stay in! The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to make a pie, birthday cake, and had a grilled dinner one afternoon. We all loved the wonderful view, beautiful big porch to relax on, and the kids loved playing in the sand, skipping rocks, and fishing! It was easy to go over onto the Cape. There we enjoyed a yummy fish dinner one night and another day had fun checking out the shops in Sandwich and looking in the tide pools for crabs and shells on the Brewster Flats! Thank you, Christina, for providing a great place to enjoy by the sea!

Gorgeous view victorian

The host and property are at the top of my list of VRBO stays. A1900 house redone from top to bottom with comfortable and tasteful decor. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything one needed to cook for our group of six. The host was very quick to respond to a few questions. Everything went smoothly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is a lovely, spacious, well appointed home. It is in a great location, with beautiful views in a quaint village. Nearly anything you might need has been provided to make this a wonderful retreat. Christina was a great communicator and even left us a thoughtful welcome gift. We had a fabulous time.

Exceptional property

I booked this property for my family as well as extended family visiting from Europe. The house was absolutely lovely. It was so clean, and very thoughtfully laid out. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom which may not seem like a big deal but it is truly a major point. The owner made herself available for any and all questions and provided wonderful suggestions for places to go in the area. If you are looking for a place to stay at the beginning of the Cape do not delay, if this place is available, booked it. You will absolutely be happy.

Belle of the Beach is very appropriately named!

This place is outstanding! Very clean, well equipped, very comfortable accommodations. The property is fenced and safe for kids. Steps from the beach and a short walk to the town center with many restaurants, ice cream shops, town park with concerts. The bay is calm and shallow, great for the kids and seniors also great for kayaking and paddle boarding. The host, Christina, couldn’t have been anymore gracious. We (9a/3c/1b) stayed nine nights and had a very enjoyable family time. We will definitely be back!

Amazing beach house with a view!

Beautiful & comfy beach rental w/private beach, amazing location, full of amenities, close to everything. This rental has it all! There is so much to love about our stay at Belle of the Beach—most notably that it comes with use of their private beach that is right there! Our host, Christina, was amazing & helpful and her beachfront home was perfect for our weekend away! As much as we wanted to explore more of the Cape, we didn’t need to! This beautiful house has a huge wrap around porch & a private beach; we had everything we needed, beach chairs, corn hole, outdoor shower, and incredible views! The house had lots of space for my family to play games, cook, grill, etc. My adult children loved that each bedroom has its own private full bathroom equipped w/ quality towels & bedding, and even blow dryers. Christina recommended places within walking distance to the adorable village for dining, drinks and activities. We love the Bad Ass Coffee at Guido’s, ice cream at Nana’s, seafood & drinks w/a view at Quahog Republic. Turns out, our stay overlapped with the Wareham Oyster Festival so that was an unexpected bonus! We’ll definitely be back!! Onset is a hidden gem for beach-goers and Belle of the Beach has everything we could possible need in a beach rental~ a beautiful home, ideal location, private beach, private parking, gorgeous outdoor space, great views from every window and plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommend Belle of the beach~Guarantee you'll love it, too!
