“What a great place to stay. We can’t say enough good things about Dawn or the home. It was as advertised, extremely clean, and exceptionally well prepared. Dawn was very helpful, gracious, and quick to respond! The toys and books in the kids room were a huge hit with my children, the outside activities were thoughtful and great as well. We enjoyed utilizing the waffle station every morning. This will definitely be the first place we look for any time we need a place to stay in State College....

“Our second stay at this property and plan to stay again. This is a pet friendly and clean place to stay. The only problem I see would be the loft bedroom if you have any issues with climbing a ladder. There is a single bed and lay down couch on ground flour. When we stay our son sleeps in the loft. Zach is an excellent host who is very quick with all responses. I am glad we had the he chance to meet with him this time. He was very kind, friendly and a pleasure speaking with him .
