Holland House, construida en 1877 llena de carácter y encanto ubicado en la plaza

Un edificio lleno de carácter y encanto construido en 1877, uno de los pocos que sobrevivió al huracán de 1900. El giro único del edificio es lo que nos referimos con cariño como "personaje". Ubicado en la plaza, un patio pavimentado de ladrillo privado con grandes robles para relajarse o simplemente disfrutar de la tranquilidad que ofrece nuestra pequeña ciudad. Las tiendas se encuentran a poca distancia oa pocos minutos en coche de los establecimientos de comidas. Las 2 habitaciones comparten un baño de Hollywood (cada habitación tiene su propio tocador y baño, pero comparten una bañera con patas / ducha). El primer dormitorio tiene una reina y un gemelo. El segundo, tiene 2 camas de tamaño completo. Además, hay un medio baño en el pasillo. La cocina está totalmente equipada con los elementos básicos para la preparación de las comidas junto con cereales para el desayuno, café y té. Lavadora y secadora disponibles para uso de los huéspedes. Aparcamiento mínimo en la parte trasera o estacionamiento gratuito en la calle en el frente. No se permite estacionar o bloquear el callejón lateral o trasero. WiFi gratis, Netflix y TV con más de 50 canales locales, reproductor de DVD

DO NOT stay here!! UNLESS want to be awakened intermittently from 11 PM to 7 AM by loud rambling trains that blow their whistles all night long right by your house where you’re staying. Oh it’s super cute and clean inside. So what?! I didn’t go there to look at the cute living room all night long or to be ignored by the owner when I asked for a refund a second time then VRBO management told me they also reached out to her several times and she never answered them either. DO NOT stay here!!! Unless you want pay money to be sleep-deprived, and risk a “forced” all-nighter, or you can sleep through periodic freight trains all night. The owner said I was harsh- so is staying here. So harsh— So deceptive to leave out such a critical aspect of the location in the description!

Such a great place to stay, eat, shop, visit museums. The location is perfect for all these things. The home itself is so charming and comfortable, nicely decorated and has everything you could need. Our host, Donna was very accommodating to our wishes and needs. I will definitely book this home again when in the area.

The host was most welcoming and the house was very clean. We loved being next door to the Farm-to-Table restaurant. We had what we needed, along with extra blankets and local menus. The patio is super cute, too.

Adorable and cozy

House was so cute, unique, clean, and decorated perfectly. Convenient location to restaurants and shops. There were quite a few amenties that was a nice touch. Donna has a great response time and answered any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

High School Friends (40 years of friendship)

We had such a great time! . Donna has created the perfect comfortable, classy spot. We stayed here for two nights and drove to Round Top. We ate next door at 22 North Holland. Everything was clean and comfortable. We will be back for sure!

Girls trip

The property was comfortable and has more than enough room for sleeping and relaxing. The living/dining/kitchen is huge. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes/utensils/pots, and pans. Loved the large island and the claw foot tub/shower. We arrived on the coldest day of the year and there are plenty of extra blankets for the beds.

Market Day on the Square

We had a group of ladies stay for the weekend during one of Bellville's market day weekends. This was our second time to stay here, and we will definitely come back again. The house is amazing and very comfortable, the host is warm and helpful, and the location is perfect. Highly recommend!

Perfect Girls’ Weekend!

Holland House was the perfect setting for a wonderful time with my daughters and granddaughter. The location was ideal for shopping and dining on the square. We could just step outside and walk. Bellville has terrific shops and restaurants, but isn’t overrun with other tourists, so we were never bothered by noise. Also, we loved sitting in the back courtyard listening to the birds and watching the cat. There was also a park nearby for my five year old granddaughter. The house itself is charming and comfortable. I really enjoyed the big bathtub! We would definitely stay here again!

Holland House

Sadly we only stayed one night. I have stayed at many VRBO's but this one was by far my favorite. Loved everything about it and the host was just perfect. Highly highly reommend...going back soon for a much longer stay!!
