'Zentralclub Vatio' Apartment with Mountain Views, Private Terrace, and Wi-Fi

Located in Belmonte De Miranda, the 'Zentralclub Vatio' holiday apartment offers step-free access and beautiful mountain views. Spread over 2 floors, it features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and dryer. Please note, there is no air conditioning. Outside, you will find a private terrace, balcony, and barbecue area.



Guests can also enjoy a shared garden for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The property is a 30-minute drive from Oviedo, 35 minutes from the airport, and 40 minutes from Cudillero, the coast, and the mountains. It is the only rural accommodation on the Senda del Salmón trail. Other recommended activities include horseback riding by the lakes, canoeing on the river, cycling on the Senda del Oso bike path, and numerous hiking routes.



There is a parking space on the property, and free additional parking is available on the street. Firewood is available from autumn to spring for an extra fee. Families with children are welcome. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for an extra fee. Events and smoking are not permitted, but there is an outdoor smoking area. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 10:00 am.



Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are on the premises. The property features a hot tub, open from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm. The host is happy to provide more information and local recommendations. This rental includes energy and water-saving features.
