“Great property and wonderful guest! We were in Round House three days and we regret not to spend a week, at least...It's a wonderful place to relax, we enjoy the jacuzzi thanks to Joe, who is a excellent guest. He gave us useful information about how to get giant stadium, what to do in Sausalito, and plans to make with children. My family and me, finished our stay but we would like come back in the future. Thanks Joe.”

“We enjoyed our stay and the home was very nice. The only complaint would be the jets on the bathtub didn't work.”

“The host was excellent as was the support from VRBO. More specific directions/addresses would be helpful as well as the tides. Nice stay.”

“We had a wonderful stay in May!The location was perfect for our trip. We were in town for an event at Golden Gate Park and to visit friends who live nearby, so it was very convenient. The layout worked especially well for our family of six with four young children. Having the three bedrooms upstairs that opened to a loft made it easy for everyone to be together while still having plenty of space. The kitchen was also well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, which made traveling...

“Very well maintained and had complementary teas!”

“so good”

“Clean and modern unit. Fun experience”

“If you want a unique place to stay outfitted with high end sleek amenities, this is the place. This floating condo had a great view towards the bay, including sea planes docked close by and great sunrises. There was never any time where we felt any motion either. The downside is that it is very close to a major highway with traffic noise, but we didn’t let that bother us. Host is very attentive. We’d love the chance to stay here again!”

“Wonderful! We enjoyed our 4 nights! Perfect location.”

“It was a lovely stay. Great hosts. I’m not sure that the listing is entirely clear…it is an 2nd floor apartment created within the historic Edwardian home. The unit was modern, spacious, comfortable, and clean. There is one closed bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen/living area where there is a lofted twin bed. The owners are in the process of making improvements (new locked gate, window repairs needed), so if you’re ok with using AC and not windows, the stay is comfortable. The outside of the home...

“We enjoyed our stay for an extended weekend with our pups. Located in a nice cozy community and conveniently only 20-25 mins from San Francisco Fisherman’s Wharf. The back house was very nice, clean and refreshing with pretty much all the amenities you can need. It was nice to be able to let our pups out for some fresh air and exercise without having to lease them up. Lissa is an amazing HOST… she’s very nice and welcoming. She was very responsive to any of my questions and provided us with info...

“Eugene and Natalie you both are incredible hosts and we are so delighted with our stay at your Eichler home. The property is beautiful, we were immediatley greeted by deers! The check in process was very smooth and the hosts are very responsive and kind. We stayed in the Napa suite and it was equipped with everything we needed. The laundry is a huge bonus after hiking and spending the day out in San Francisco. The kitchen is also equipped with everything you need. The bathroom could use a bit...

“This was a perfect spot to be for my daughter’s wedding week and our first visit to Mill Valley. We loved the courtyard with the redwood overhang and easy strolls into town for coffee or dinner. Thank you!”

“My stay was very nice and peaceful. Felt safe and was the place was spotless. Bedding was very nice luxurious. Beautiful fresh picked vases of flowers in two of the rooms. Saw a cute deer outside at night while on balcony. Enjoyed my stay very much.”

“Checked in late within two minutes. Used the laundry room next morning , it's convenient and reliable. Pool looked tidy from outside which added to pleasant grounds. Parking was easy on ground level making unloading smooth and hassle-free.”

“This clean, cozy, quiet studio is an excellent location for the Northern East Bay. Check in was easy, all well inside. Natural foods grocery in walking distance.”
