Demeure Saint Cado, Ty Laouen, welcomes you to Belz in Brittany, right on the Ria d’Étel. This 70 m² house accommodates up to 4 adults and 1 child in 2 bedrooms: one with a 160 cm double bed, the other with a 140 cm double bed and an extra bed for a child or teenager. On the ground floor, the kitchen is equipped with an extendable table, electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and coffee maker. The living room features an open fireplace and a TV. There’s a bathroom with shower, separate toilet, Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron, and electric heating.



Enjoy your own uncovered private terrace, accessible through the veranda with table and chairs, plus a private barbecue—perfect for outdoor meals. A shared play area is also available. The small Saint-Cado beach is just 100 m away, with coastal paths starting from the house.



Street parking is available nearby. Pets and events are not allowed. Bed linen is provided. Please remove the linen and leave it in the bathroom on departure. Cleaning service is available for an extra fee on request.



The house is ideally located near the famous blue-shuttered house on the Nichtarguer islet. All Belz amenities are within 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot. Nearby: the Étel bar, tuna port and museum, Plouhinec and Erdeven beaches, Auray, the old port of Saint-Goustan, the Gulf of Morbihan, Vannes, and the southern Brittany islands. The GR 42 hiking trail passes through Saint-Cado for scenic walks.
