“Newly refurbished property ,great location enjoyed the food in the Birdham ate there often the service was good and staff very friendly.. Only two of us , the twin beds would be ok for children maybe the option of another double would suit 4 adults also bathroom downstairs good but upstairs showerroom ,shower very challenging and we are under 5 and half feet tall .
