  • Después de haber vivido en nuestra hermosa casa para 4 años que ahora se han trasladado al Reino Unido, pero la visita a nuestra casa fuera de casa en el sol tan a menudo como sea posible ya que nos encanta estar allí, y damos la bienvenida a los clientes que quieran alojarse en un muy gran familia casa que está cerca de todo lo que pueda necesitar, una casa que está a cargo de, así que le darán un hogar maravilloso para sus vacaciones. Situado a 5 minutos a pie hasta el parque, la playa o el centro de la ciudad, que está idealmente situado para explorar y disfrutar de Benalmádena Costa.

We have now stayed here on a number of occasions, and love it. The location and access to everything is excellent for us. The house is spacious well equipped with both a front and back patio, we will be back again!

Great little holiday home

This property is in an excellent location. It has all you would need for a home from home, and very well equipped. Would recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to spend away.

July stay

Great property, great facilities. Good communication from host and contact details provided for manager in Spain if we required. Everyone in our party had a great holiday. Our first time in the area and we'd definitely be back.

Lovely little week in Malaga

My family and friends traveled to Malaga for a friends wedding. The accommodation was perfect, great location and spacious considering there was 8 of us. Very reasonably priced. All round a lovely holiday :-) would definitely consider staying here again.

Great property in great location

We booked this property last minute due to being let down with another booking and what a gem we found Property as described, in a fab location and the owners/property manager team were brilliant with a couple of minor issues we encountered I would highly recommend the property and its a short walk from the park, the coast or the town.of arroyo de la miel

Property good all you wanted available. Close to the 103 bus route, good access to dolphin park, however, the one downside if you have small children or even slight mobility issues the hill from the supermarket is a bit of a hard slog, however there is a little shop just up the road Parque de Pablo Evita

Great accommodation and fantastic location

The house was a fantastic base for the family. 6 adults and two children. Plenty of space for everyone and the two outside areas meant you got the sun morning and evening. The host was very accommodating with our request for a later leaving time. The restaurants around were great and only a 10-15 minute walk to the sea front. Would definitely stay again

This is everything it says it is and more. Seamless and well managed through out. The house is large and very well kept. Situated in the middle of everywhere. Uphill Town, down hill beach. Top property.

Holiday in Benalmadena Costa

Everything about this property is as described online. It is the perfect location to access the bus within 5 minutes or train or beach within 15 minutes if walking. John was always available if any concerns arose. Taxi to airport was 15 minutes. Would highly recommend.

Excellent stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was more than adequate, a little dated with some minor issues which were mailnly wear and tear but overall we would be being very picky to rate this property under 4 star plus. The location for us was perfect except for the noise from the busy roads either side but again would not deter us from booking again. The host was easily contactable and the property provides everything you need for a long stay. This area of Benalmadena has plenty of good quality bars and restaurants and close enough to all attractions. The hill to the apatment is a little strenous maybe for older people but again for us not an issue

Excellent holiday home, 100% recommended🌟🌟

Highly recommend this lovely family home! Well maintained, fully equipped and very spacious, with plenty of room for all 9 of our party. With age range from 77yrs through to 9yr old it worked for everyone. It's on a lovely quiet Urb with plenty of privacy but centrally located for all areas of Benalmadena. The pool was definately a large plus for us, and most days is like a private pool as limited use by others. The communication with the owners has been excellent, right from the start before even reserving the booking, answering any questions and providing recommendations. I would 100% recommend this property and hope to return in the future.

October 2024 stay

A great house to stay...spacious and well equipped. Hard going back up the hill if you are at all infirm but doable. Disappointed that the pool didnt stay open in the subsequent days we were there as the weather was hot. So need to bear in mind that the pool is padlocked regardlesds on 1st October. butbut doable. . hbacktu ste not reasonably fit. equipped

Home from Home in a piece of paradise;-)

So happy we (group of 8 girls) stayed here. The house is in a lovely area just up from the shops and bars. There is a slight hill but didn't hinder us. The house has a lovely kitchen and dinning room (we sat outside most meals) and Lounge with all you need and more, (also washing machine). There are 2 terraces one for each time of the day if you want to follow the sun ;-) The back terrace had enough seating for all of us. The bedrooms have all got aircon and the top room has its own terrace too ! Beds were VERY comfortable. The pool area is like a secret garden and we only saw 2 other people so was like our own. Everything was lovely and would stay again. Sarah was always on hand and was so friendly. Thanks so much for the wonderful week !!!

Casa cerca de la playa pero con CUESTAS

Bien. Una habitación con cama doble pero demasiado pequeña. Es una habitación para una sola persona y no para dos. El comedor tampoco puede acoger nueve personas. Aunque nosotros sólo hemos sido seis adultos y dos bebés Lo más duro es que no tiene aire acondicionado

Muy bien

La casa está muy bien. Tiene de todo y se ajusta a la información del anuncio. Está más o menos cerca de la playa pero un poco más alejada del centro y la zona con más ambiente ( es más bien zona residencial). Los anfitriones son muy majos aunque, como viven fuera, te ofrecen comunicarte con otra persona si tienes algún problema. Nosotros pasamos unos dias geniales, lo recomiendo.

Everything was a 5 minute walk away, my parents struggled a bit with the hill coming back up but it wasn’t a massive hill only a slight incline for about 3 mins (but in 32 degrees they found a bit of a slog) the house is lovely, very spacious and had everything you could need. The first day we got there the pool was shut but after contacting the owner he sorted it out for us to use the next day and going forward. As it’s in a residential area we literally had the pool to ourselves which was great and on your doorstep near enough. Great value for money
