    Tenga en cuenta que, de acuerdo con las recomendaciones de seguridad y salud españolas, el jacuzzi alcanzará una temperatura máxima de 33/34 grados. No es posible tener el jacuzzi a una temperatura superior a esta, por motivos de salud y seguridad de todos nuestros clientes.

    Debe pagar un depósito reembolsable de 300 € 2 días antes de su llegada, que solicitamos que se pague con tarjeta de crédito. Se le reembolsará dentro de los 7 días de su salida como máximo.

We loved the apartments location. Very secure And close to amenities , outside area kept clean and tidy too , It’s my second time of staying here and will probably return again

Great location

Beautiful property. Great parking with lift to 5 floor. Easy to find. 5 mins walk to beach bars and restaurant shops Some English tv. Well equipped new white goods Bed firm lovely bedding. mountain views

Der Gastgeber war freundlich und gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, auch die Betten sind etwas durchgelegen. Die wirklich schöne Dachterrasse hat leider im Winter keine Sonne. Zur Ausrichtung gab es leider eine falsche Auskunft des Vermieters.

Vi har haft en uge i denne lejlighedLejlighed og tagterrassen var lidt sparsommeligt indrettet, især tagterrassen var svært at bruge om eftermiddagen og de tidligere aftentimer grundt varme og manglende mulighed for at lave skygge vi havde dog stor glæde af spaen på tagterrassen Beliggenheden i forhold til belamedena havn kan vel næsten ikke fåes bedre i forhold til havnen uden at bo på havnen

Location of the apartment was ideal. It was big enough, kitchen was very small but ok if only one person in. Decor was lovely and it had all you needed. Stand out feature was the terrace, big & the sun shone all day. Communication with host was good & they allowed us to drop bags off earlier before check in time which was a bonus.Would have been 5 stars but had an issue with hot tub. We have one at home so knew the water was not clean as it should be. Checked filter and it was very dirty. This was changed the next day when reported, however daily checks are not done for all the levels not just chlorine. 10 Chlorine tablets put in at the beginning if the week ! Saying that it would not put us off returning as its a lovely apartment in an excellent location.

This apartment is in a wonderful location close to the Marina with plentiful restaurants and shops close by.It is decorated beautifully throughout and very clean. It also had air conditioning which seemed to be on a timer and worked perfectly making it always comfortable as it was extremely hot outside.The terrace is also a bonus getting the sun all day. It was furnished well and had a great parasol that kept us in the shade along with a lovely hottub.There is no need for a car while staying here but you are allocated a parking spot if needed.Check in and out was easy and Isabelle from the company kept us well informed throughout. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and hope to return in the near future. Thank you Adrienne & Tommy

UNa casa 10

Esta casa lo tiene todo para pasar unas estupendas vacaciones. La casa está muy limpia y es muy cómoda con un gran sofá y una amplia mesa para comer. Lo mejor de la casa sin duda es la terraza! El jacuzzi es un puntazo y los toldos para cuando hace mucho sol un acierto. Los dueños super atentos en todo lo que necesirasemos, nos trajeron una trona para el peque y vimos que allí había cuna carrito y todo lo necesario en caso de necesitarlo. Lo único quizas que no nos gustó fue el acceso a la playa. Está muy cerca del apartamento pero si vas con carrito de niño hay que bajar y subier muuuchas escaleras! Lo demás todo perfecto.

Apartamento maravilloso con jacuzzi en la terraza

Apartamento perfecto, limpio y muy bien equipado con plaza de garaje grande y una gran terraza con jacuzzi y barbacoa. Muy bien ubicado cerca de la playa en una zona con todo tipo de servicios. Todo perfecto lo recomiendo es ideal.El trato recibido para la recogida de llaves muy bien y las indicaciones para llegar perfectas.

Wspaniały pobyt

Spędziliśmy wspaniały tydzień w apartamencie. Wszystko zgodnie z opisem co prawda sprzęty takie jak jakuzzi czy meble najlepsze lata mają za sobą ale nie miało to wpływu na jakość wypoczynku. Jedyny minus to brak markizy na tarasie na którym w godzinach popołudniowych hiszpańskie słońce daje ostro popalić.

Excellent sejour

Nous avons 15 jours fantastiques dans ce penthouse. L’appartement est grand conforme à la description La terrasse est superbe avec très belle vue sur la montagne Le jaccuzzi est un vrai plus, il a été apprécié par toute la famille grands et petits Si je puis me permettre un conseil d’amélioration, peut être mettre un peu plus de vaisselle , c’était limite pour 4 personnes. Mettre par exemple des tasses de café ( il n’y avait que des grandes tasses). Et éventuellement un abonnement netflix ( pas de trop à ce niveau de prix) La piscine de la résidence est très bien aussi. Urbanisation très calme. En cas de difficulté Jose Antonio est très réactif, disponible et efficace. L’appartement est proche de tout, commerces , plage à 5 mn à pied En résumé nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement

Lovely apartment

Just returned from a 7 night stay in this apartment and the 4 of us had a wonderful time, it is close to all the shops short walk to the marina and beach. The apartment had everything you would need it was clean and the roof terrace with hot tub is fab also the location is in a quiet area. We would definitely return back and recommend this apartment

great holiday

The location was excellent, 5 minutes to Puerta marina, 10 minutes to Tivoli and the big park, 50 yds to the buses and taxis for Marbella, Mijas and Torremolinos. The property grounds and pool area were well maintained and the entrance was very clean. The caretaker , Sole, met us and gave us a tour of the apartment and was very helpful. The apartment itself had everything we needed and the terrace area was a bonus with sun all day and the jacuzzi. The owners were excellent to deal with in communications. If I have to offer constructive criticism: 1 The bed linen and towels were clean but old and need updating. 2 Also as a jacuzzi owner I test the water at least 3 times a week and I would suggest the water needs testing after 3 days as it did start to smell midweek and also the height of the tub means its difficult to get in without some sort of adequate steps to assist older and less able people. Once again we had a great time there and would definitely recommend the apartment.

Great rooftop terrace

Had a great week in this apartment with my family in a good location we loved the terrace and the hot tub .small quite apartment block and lovely well kept pool .the caretaker sole was very nice and helpful we really enjoyed our stay thankyou .

Wonderful penthouse with a wiev and jacuzzi!

This apartment was excellent! The location was great, nearby the marina, beachwalk and good restaurants. Reservation progress was very easy and smooth with the homeowners, they helped us in every way and answered to our many questions. Very easy and trustable to deal with. The apartment itself was clean and tidy, decorated with a good taste. Enough of kitchen appliances, towels etc. whatever you need during your stay. I will highly recommend this apartment whoever will stay at the Benalmadena area!

Alles vorhanden was man für eine Woche braucht

Beautiful apartment

A beautiful apartment set back from the main shops and bars few minutes walk from the beach.which gives you the peace and quiet yet all the amenitys should you need them.hot tub and terrace is a massive bonus.will definitely be looking to come back soon.
