Welcome to Benalmadena and this nice apartment with its own sauna with treadmill, private roof terrace, pool and a wonderful view just minutes from the beach and all that the city has to offer.
The apartment is located in one of the best areas of Benalmadena with the beautiful Paloma park across the street and the beach just a short walk of 3 minutes away. Nearby is also the well-known sports marina Puerto Marina which is a walk of about 15 minutes away. In the vicinity of the apartment there is a large Mercadona as well as several emergency shops and restaurants.Arroyo de La Miel which is the upper core of Benalmadena has its own train station that takes you to and from the airport in 30 minutes as well as a large selection of shops and restaurants.
For the younger visitors, there is a wonderful dolphinarium near the apartment as well as tivoli world and many other fun activities for children.
When you open the door, you are greeted by a bright and spacious apartment with a large hall and storage areas, a fully equipped and modern kitchen with dishwasher, stove and oven, refrigerator and freezer and microwave and kettle. The living room has a large Smart TV with international channels, fast internet via Fiberoptik and a large and comfortable sofa bed.
From the living room you come out on the balcony with sea view and also up to the roof terrace with a fantastic view with sun from morning to evening and a nice lounge group to take it easy in.
There is a fitness room with a private sauna as well as a treadmill and some loose weights, the treadmill is aimed at a fantastic view of the mountains of Benalmadena and Mijas.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and the newly renovated bathroom has a shower.
The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with Dishwasher, washing machine, internet, A / C in each room, Smart TV and international channels.
The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person. Baby Package €39: including cot and high chair, on request and subject to availability. The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.
