ADDITIONAL RENTAL CONDITIONS AND PROPERTY RULES

Maintenance and Cleaning



The accommodation must be returned in a reasonably tidy and clean condition. We reserve the right to apply additional charges, deducted directly from the security deposit, in the following cases:



Excessive dirtiness throughout the property.

A considerable amount of dirty dishes left unwashed.

Accumulation of rubbish inside the apartment. Guests are responsible for disposing of rubbish in the designated street containers before departure.

Irreversible damage to towels or bed linen caused by make-up, creams, chemical products, or similar substances.

Services, Works and Surroundings



At Mojo Rentals, we carefully prepare every property before your arrival to ensure it is delivered in excellent condition. However, guests acknowledge and accept the following:



We are not responsible if communal facilities such as swimming pools, gardens, lifts, or other shared amenities are temporarily closed or restricted due to maintenance, community management decisions, or legal regulations.



Community Maintenance Works



We are not responsible for any noise or visual disturbances resulting from maintenance, conservation, or renovation works carried out within the residential complex.



External and Third-Party Works



We are also not responsible for dust, noise, or inconvenience caused by construction, renovation, or maintenance works carried out on neighbouring properties or public areas, as these are beyond our control and do not constitute grounds for refunds or compensation.
