Just minutes away from hiking trails, mountain routes, and the ski resort of Cerler, only a 16 min drive, it’s ideally situated to enjoy everything the mountains have to offer.

You’ll love the location, perfect for skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and exploring the peaks, or simply relaxing and taking in the mountain scenery.

This comfortable apartment sleeps up to four people and features one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living area, providing versatile sleeping arrangements.

The bright living space opens onto a terrace with beautiful views, perfect for relaxing outdoors.

Guests can also enjoy access to a communal swimming pool during the summer months, as well as the convenience of a private covered parking space.

Guests will have access to:

The area is well connected to the Cerler ski resort, just a 16-minute drive away, and the Posets-Maladeta Natural Park, only 14 minutes by car, perfect for hiking and outdoor adventures. You will be surrounded by the highest peaks of the Pyrenees, including Aneto, Maladeta, and Vallibierna.

From here, you can also enjoy scenic hikes to the Ardonés Waterfalls or the Tramarrius Waterfall. With such a wide variety of trails and excursions, you’ll never run out of breathtaking places to explore.

You can easily get around the area by car.

The accommodation is located on the ground floor. However, please note that it is necessary to climb a few stairs within the community to access the property.

Guests have access to a private parking space and can enjoy a communal swimming pool, available exclusively for a maximum of 4 guests.

The total surface of the property is 54 m².

The accommodation is equipped with:

-Two towels per guest
-A cleaning kit

-Rolls of toilet paper: 2 units

If you require additional assistance, we are at your disposal.
The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
