I will never go back to this place again. The front desk managers are rude and every thing is inconvenient. I arrived at 11pm and all i wanted was dinner but the hotel does not have physical menus. There were issues with the qr code and no one had any solutuons besides to ask me what did i want without providing options. I was not allowed to charge my spa to my room because they said i paid in advance, which made no sense. I requested late check out at 1pm due to having work late and i was awaken by housekeeping at 10am to clean the room even though i was checking out. The manager at the front had no solution or reason or explanation about why the housekeepers didnt know the rooms that were late checkout and only offered a sarcastic remark about recommending me put the DND sign up. The issue was there was not one even in the room. The room i stayed in had hair on the table, hair in the tub, hair on the toilet seat, hair on the bed. It was as if they just went in and sprinkled hair all over the place. There is a slight hint of mildew smell as well throughout the hotel. If you are a traveler i highly recommend staying away from this place. The only semi saving grace is their wonder beverage and food manager Abhi.
