Gute zimmer mit schöner aussicht. Service war ebenfalls sehr gut. Wlan schnell und das frühstück war lecker. Keine Beschwerden. Viele einkaufsmöglichkeiten und metro / Uber innerhalb von minuten erreichbar

I stayed for seven nights in July 2026. The workers on reception and those servicing the rooms are all hard-working, helpful and efficient. I stayed in room 1209, a very large , well maintained space, resembling a studio apartment without the kitchen: the bedroom had an ante room with separate seating and a dining table complete with a sofa and dining table and chairs. There is a very large bed, dressing table and chair, a TV with a range of apps including Netflix. There is a wardrobe with small hanging space and shelving, a large easy chair and stool and a small fridge. The WiFi is excellent and there is also a large portable fan. There are two further small shelving unit/bedside tables either side of the bed. There are coffee and tea making facilities and mineral water is supplied daily. There is a narrow outside ledge/terrace outside the window which is rather unsightly and in need of refurbishment. There is also a large luggage rack. A (rather expensive) laundry service is also available. There is a good quality restaurant on the next floor up which also provides room service. There is currently a 20% discount for guests, but a 10% service charge. Recommended.

Great location. Room size. Staff was very friendly and helped with everything that you may need. Especially BSF was exceptional in taking care of all our needs. I think for the price this is a great option on MG Road. I highly recommend it. I

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour à l'hôtel Ivory Tower, qui est situé centralement à Bangalore (MG Road). Le service était vraiment bien : personnel présent et répondant à mes diverses demande. La chambre spacieuse et très agréable, comparable à des appartements privées (demander juste une chambre côté court pour éviter le bruit du Traffic sur MG Road). Le petit déjeuner servit en chambre. Rien à redire, je reviendrais dans cet établissement qui a comblé toutes mes attentes.

The rooms are huge, functional but nothing fancy. Balconies are a work in progress. The highlight is the "service"- the staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and special. They are polite, courteous and they always listen. The restaurant (Ebony) on the 13th floor offers appetizing food and excellent service. Breakfast options are limited but well-prepared. I would certainly prefer staying here, whenever I visit Bengaluru. Thanks to Kiran, Lohith, Manjunath and Gnanadas for making our stay very pleasant.

Das Personal war von Anfang bis Ende rührend, umsichtig und absolut nett. Es war wie nach Hause kommen. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen. Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig, einen Fön habe ich erfragt und bekommen. Es gibt einen Safe. Das Bett ist sehr groß und bequem. Das Frühstück war lecker und wird auf das Zimmer gebracht. Sie rufen vorher an und man ordert es selbst per Telefon. Wer Ruhe braucht, ist hier falsch. Es ist bis 1 Uhr Party in der Stadt und auch im 13. Stock des Hotels laute Musik. Ich liebe es, mittendrin zu sein.Das ist Leben. Vielen Dank, Namaste

In the month of February i have booked to stay in this hotel for 18 days. From Feb 6- 13. I had no issues. But during my stay Feb 17 -19 in Room 432 the A/C had issues and they tried fixing but couldnt so i had to re-pack my bags and move to Room 719 which was so annoying and inconvenient to me. Then during my stay Feb 21-23 in room 720 the hot water in the shower did not work at 8am and i had to have a cold shower. I did not have the time to hang around calling and waiting for someone to come fix it. Im not sure if the hotel reserves the crappy rooms for guests who book for only one or 2 nights. Maintenence is definitely an isdue in some of the rooms.

Ganz ok

Zimmer im 2. obersten Stock, sehr geräumig und relativ sauber, alles wie beschrieben vorhanden. Balkon ohne Stuhl/Tisch und ungepflegt. Aussicht nicht besonders (Metro Station und heruntergekommene Gebäude). Lage top, in einem moderneren Quartier mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ca. 20 Minuten Fahrt zum Zug Bahnhof (Kochi, Hospet). Extrem nerviger und fast durchgehender Lärm aus dem oberen Stock. Es hört sich wie ständiges Möbel/Stühle umherschieben an. Sehr nervige Anrufe (Frühstück, Abendessen). Frühstück usw. nur als Zimmer Service. Essen war gut. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Not worth the money spent

Not worth the money spent. In the same amount u can afford to stay in Ibis. Entrance is weird to the hotel. It looks glamorous in pics but reality is other way round. One cant step out the balcony its that's dirty and not cleant since years it seems No customer service Waste of money.

Relaxed stay

Great experience, lovely view of Bangalore from the balcony so we could get fresh air as well any time we wanted. Complimentary breakfast was good and staff was friendly and helpful. MG Road, Church Street and Brigade Road were in walking distance, so lot of shopping and food options.

Great for quiet getaway

- Checkin/checkout were very quick - Staff was polite and helpful - Location is great, both the 12th floor which gives a great view, and also very close to shopping and eating out options - The room is very large as well, for the price I paid - WiFi works and breakfast for 2 was complimentary
