As part of the IBIS chain, I expected a better standard of rooms and the lobby / common areas. It was unfortunately far below Ibis standards. Starting with room quality, telephones that didnt work (though was fixed straightaway), remote controller with low / no battery. These indicated over poor maintenance. There were 2 people who stood out amongst this chaos - Samy at reception who was very good and a lady (also from receiption), who helped solve some of the problems.
