Pésimo, trato desagradable, servicios muy malos.

No se puede entender porque este establecimiento sigue abierto.Condiciones pésimas en todos los aspectos. El apartamento solo tenia una luz,baje a decirlo reiteradas veces y me daban largas,al final los 4 días a ciegas. Como es posible que operadores turísticos recomienden este "establecimiento "?.

BUENA RELACIÓN CALIDAD-PRECIO

Muy bien CALIDAD-PRECIO Habitación amplia. Buen desayuno (completo) Personal amable y con ganas de hacerte la estancia sencilla. Quizás, la presión del agua de la ducha no era la adecuada.

We booked into the apartments on Boxing Day ,had to wait a few hours for the keys when we got in there we turned around and left ,I have never in my life seen such a dirty ,damp and dam right disgusting room took the keys back and phoned you to sort my refund back

somewhere to stay

inexpensive value for money. good location, very relaxed feeling in apartment block. the breakfast is very good. did have a problem getting a key as arrived late however rang a number and key supplied within 5 minutes

Rooms was terrible,smashed sockets which was very dangerous,taps that spun around and doors that wouldn't lock. My friends had to be moved to another as it was in poor condition then had the cheek to charge them their deposit for the bathroom door being broken when it was already.

Horror house

Kamer 510 was vreselijk alles hing los of was kapot niet echt veilig ook de bedrading en stopcontacten hingen los. De douche was koud en de nacht ook. Er stond een keuken althans daar moest het op lijken met waterkoker alleen hadden we geen bestek, borden, glazen of kopjes. Tevens om 6:30 uur iemand van het complex aan de deur over water of iets. Was echt vreselijk als je deze kamer krijgt vraag gelijk om een nieuwe hebben wij ook gedaan. Volgende ochtend kamer 405 gekregen was stuk beter. Maar terug komen doen wij hier niet meer.

Very basic & a bit "tired"

Paint flaking off of the toilet ceiling. Hot water boiler was in the toilet above the toilet. When you sit down you did just miss it with your head, but if you stand at the toilet, head butting the boiler is not always unavoidable! The bidet was situated far too close to the front of the toilet pan. You had to sit at 45 degrees so as your legs missed the bidet. The TV system was not working in any of the apartments. The radiators were not working in the room, but this was overcome by supplying us with a fan heater. The full-length curtains needed a lot of the broken curtain rings/clips replaced, as it was a problem drawing them to have privacy from overlooking apartments. We asked for 2 more pillows and was informed by the receptionist that there was not anybody there to supply them. I had to suggest to her about taking 2 from an unoccupied room, which she begrudgingly did. Some of these were not big issues, but when you add them all up............ There is a slight incline to the road leading to the apartments which was not a problem to us mid 60 year olds! All we basically needed was a place to sleep, but we still expect certain standards. I appreciate that it was a very reasonably priced apartment, and you get what you pay for. But next time I shall be paying a bit more somewhere else.

Avoid, better available for same money!

Only booked here as our usual stay at levante club apartments wasn't available. Arrived to find the receptionist in a full Spanish rant to someone on the phone. Asking if we could check in were told rather bluntly that check in wasn't until 4pm - fair enough. Offered to store our bags in an unlocked smelly room. Staff throughout the whole stay just looked at you as if you were making them go above and beyond just to ask for toilet roll! The room, the only redeeming feature was it was reasonably "clean". The bathroom had peeling paint on the ceiling, shower door had clearly been broken and replaced with one of those lovely shower curtains that like to attack you when you least expect it. To top off the bathroom, the lid for the cistern was missing. Yes missing. Didn't even complain to reception as I was too scared to mention it. The kitchen tap wasn't attached in any way to the sink other than some loose pipes. Glass window above the door was razor sharp, looked like someone had chewed it into shape. Tv wouldn't tune to any stations. Balcony was pretty grim, I reckon the table and chairs could of been there since Benidorm was first conceived as a resort. We were woken up subtly on the first morning by what could only be described as the sound system from one of then pubs on English square. Turned out to be the room above. For the duration during the daytime we were treated to various Spanish dance anthems. Overall - AVOID!

What a joke

What a joke of a place over booked so many people and this wasn't even in peak session DO NOT GO TO THERE APARTMENTS !!!!!

Unhappy

This apartment block was 2-300 yards up a fairly steep hill.The decor is well outdated and the room was a disaster. Never saw a cleaner all week and the breakfast was cold. On the plus side the pool and surrounding area were kept clean and tidy every day. Recommend only for gangs of revelers.

Cheap and cheerful

Room was pleasant .Staff very friendly Didnt have any hot water for the 3 days we stayed there...reported it 3 times but nobody came to fix it. The lock was very difficult to open and we spent ages getting in to our apartment If you are only wanting to sleep in the place it's fine - you get what you pay for. Didn't have to pay the deposit as I didn't have cash.

Team Geordies drink the bar dry

Our trip was a team bonding experience. We had a fantastic stay at the Apart-Bermudas and met a lot of the staff. Lloyd the Owner was amazing and super accommodating to our requests. Yes, the building looks a little tired however you can see time, money and effort is being spent. Stayed in rooms (214-113-410-202) Drink and food was good, breakfast offered usual amenities and breakfast lounge was very clean. This hotel doe's how ever have one of the best pools in the area, some don't even have a pool! It's only a 5min down hill walk to the beach and your on the main strip with plenty of supermarkets, bar and cafe on the way. We had an amazing trip and would definitely stay again. Thanks Lloyd - (and team) "Team Geordies"

Rooms not cleaned.

The hotel was ok. After reading reviews I was apprehensive about staying but it served its purpose. I was staying with my two nephews from Friday til Monday and we spent very little time at the hotel. I was very disappointed that in the three nights that we stayed our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced. The pool area was clean and staff were polite. I would visit again but only with friends and not my partner.

Cheap and cheerful

I had low expectations when booking as I knew the hotel was old and built in the late 1960's so I wasn't expecting much in the way of modern luxuries. If you want creature comforts then pay more and go elsewhere. However, if you're single, on a budget and don't mind hostel like conditions then you'll be fine. The rooms are very basic with no AC, beds and furniture are tired and should have beeen replace a decade ago. The breakfast was good and the bar and pool exceptable. Keep your expectations as low as the price. Personally I thought it was fine as you get what you pay for.

LITERALY EVERYTHING BROKEN INCLUDING MY FRONT DOOR

Location is ok but somewhat far from the beach for a family. I arrived at 2 and waited until 4 for the room. As the title my door had been forced entry at some point and was so fragile the staff gave me free safety deposit. When I asked for a upgrade (to pay) they said all the rooms were the same and no upgrade. There was electric connections exposed low and high level but worryingly right above my bed head rest in mine and my friends room. The rooms at night must have been 30*plus DONT BOOK A PLACE WITHOUT AIRCON cant believe we did. Pillows beddings were very worn and I had to use the bin in the toilet to flush it as flush was broke. Loads more little points but as a serviced apartment provider myself the list is too long. Simply avoid this place £100 euro deposit is insane.

Good location,plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and within easy reach of the nightlife but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet when required. My apartment was extremely well equipped with washing machine and a fantastic kitchen. No air con which was a little uncomfortable but a large balcony awning to provide some shade but allowing a breeze. First night was overbooked so was put in a grotty place a few minutes away. 2nd time I've booked the Bermudas and overbooking seems to be a common event. Stay again? Yes but maybe when it's a bit cooler Safe place? Yes, safety deposit boxes in foyer by reception and door locks good, 24 hour manned reception Recommend? Yes - singletons, stag hen do parties, maybe not for a family due to limited English tv channels and no aircon overall an enjoyable stay with helpful staff

Apartments in serious need of refurbishment. Many front doors have been kicked in, we had to change rooms because the door wouldn't lock. Took 4 weeks to get the room deposit back. The fact the Hotel demands an extra €100 deposit payment from you on arrival speaks volumes.

Disgusting Appartment

Never been given a room like this. So old everything was droken to the point of being dangerous. Plugs hanging off the wall very little paint on any door frames. Toilet seat hanging off and l am disabled which is down on my booking. One mug radiator and fan was so dirty. Cleaners walked into restaurant and all started eating the food with there tabards on. Unbelievable 25th June young Man on in restaurant was fantastic working non stop cleaning and clearing the tables. I asked why 100 euros deposit l could not make 100 damage it was so bad she told me it was for a deposit for the room key. What believe me it was NOT a gold key. Yes we did get moved to another building but the poor lads in front of us got given our key. Before that they had been given one room for 7 lads with only 4 beds. Yes they had booked 2 two rooms. Everone needs to know before having a holday ruined. Got many photos but l can not seem to put them on. This place needs sorting asap and should be closed till then before someone gets hurt

Football tour break

Very basic but does the job if you are on a lads holiday / stag etc. Get breakfast from the drop inn just around the corner. The breakfast on site isn't bad however.
