  • Apartamento con aire acondicionado, estratégicamente ubicado, con impresionantes vistas de la playa de Poniente. Gran terraza orientada al sur. Dos dormitorios, un gran salón con cocina integrada, un baño y una galería accesible desde la cocina.
    Tiene una piscina comunitaria y un aparcamiento comunitario protegido por una puerta con apertura automática.
    La propiedad tiene una piscina abierta todo el año.
    La orientación sur de la terraza le permite disfrutar del sol en invierno y una temperatura agradable durante la temporada de verano cuando el sol está muy alto y no entra a la terraza. Su situación frente al mar le permite beneficiarse de la brisa marina que provoca una agradable sensación térmica incluso en días de temperaturas máximas.
    La playa es la mejor en Benidorm. Incluso en temporada alta, es muy fácil conseguir un espacio junto al mar.
    Restaurantes, cafeterías, farmacias y tiendas de alimentos cercanas. El área es tranquila con tráfico limitado.

Excellent property in a great location, all the facilities you could wish for in the property. Communication from José and Agnieszka on site was also excellent. Great place to stay in a prime location.

We stayed in November and absolutely loved these apartments!They are quiet and located in an excellent spot on Poniente Beach. The view from the terrace overlooking the promenade and the sea is stunning, with beautiful sunrises and sunsets.The owner is very pleasant, responsive, and always ready to help us.We would be happy to return

Superbe séjour

Tout était parfait . Accueil et disponibilité du propriétaire. Appartement bien agencé, d'une propreté irréprochable, bien équipé. La terrasse et sa vue dégagée sur la mer que du bonheur. Excellent emplacement au calme avec toutes les commodités à proximité.

This apartment was lovely, in an ideal position on Poniente Beach! The apartment was much larger than we expected and very comfortable! Excellent air conditioning, which in the heat of the summer is needed!The WiFi was excellent and the TV had a full Netflix package.Communication with our host Jose was first class and he supplied us we so much information to help us navigate the area , his response to any questions was immediate and we cannot thank him enough for his time and thoughtfulness!! Totally recommend this property and if booked you will not be disappointed!!

Hoffentlich bis bald

Wohnung besitzt alles was mann für täglichen Gebrauch braucht und trüber hinaus, gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Top Ausblick, sicherer Parkplatz, direkt an der Straße und trotzdem ruhig. Für uns einfach perfekt, besonderer Dank geht an den Gastgeber, freundlich, nett, bei fragen immer sofort verfügbar und hilfsbereit.

Poniente Beach Apartment

A lovely spacious clean apartment within walking distance of the beach. The owner was very helpful,very easy to get hold of and went out of his way to make you welcomed, if you had any questions or queries he would happily help you out. I got very informed directions and he had someone to meet us and show us around their apartment. Thanks for a Great Stay. I only one very minor suggestion, get a iron and ironing board.

Excellent host & excellent on site meet & greet by Agnieszka, very clean & well appointed apartment.Lovely sea view & great access to the wonderful Benidorm beach. Will be returning without a doubt.
