This one-bedroom penthouse apartment at Flats Friends Atlantida is located on the beachfront of Poniente beach in Benidorm and has stunning views. The building is next to the old town and is surrounded by restaurants and cafes. And pets are welcome*!



This one-bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a bedroom with two single beds, a living-dining area with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. For hot summer nights, the apartment has a split air conditioning unit. And the best part? The spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea from the terrace of this penthouse! Please note that there is no safe available in the apartment.



It is important to note that, to access the apartment, there is a flight of stairs as it is located on the seventh floor, the highest in the building, but the elevator only goes up to the sixth floor.



Due to its excellent location, Flats Friends Atlantida is ideal for families and couples who want to enjoy the wonderful beaches that Benidorm offers and who wish to discover a vibrant city full of possibilities. You will enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout the building and a laundry area* in the basement with a washing machine and dryer. In addition, our staff is available in person every day from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. If you need assistance outside these hours, the Flats Friends Mar Blau hotel is right next door and has a 24-hour reception.



* Pets have a supplement of €25/stay and the use of the washing machine or dryer costs €4/use.



NOTE: For bookings that include multiple studios or apartments and for groups of guests under 25 years of age, the security deposit will be €300 per unit. This will be refunded if the studio or apartment is left in suitable condition (tidy, undamaged, etc.) and if we do not receive any noise complaints from other guests or neighbours.
