LAYOUT:
The property is situated on a 7,777 m2 plot and has a constructed area of ​​300 square meters distributed over two floors.
The property is accessed via a splendid private driveway leading to a large, covered, and illuminated parking area with four spacious parking spaces.
From the parking area, we proceed to the main floor, which comprises a large living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen and a spectacular hanging fireplace, a guest toilet, and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and views of the forest. A comfortable interior staircase leads to the lower floor, which contains three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and beautiful forest views.
From the large living-dining room with its expansive windows, we access the splendid outdoor area, dominated by a large swimming pool featuring two sun loungers and three stools over the water, perfect for enjoying the sun or a refreshing dip. Next to the pool, there is a spacious sunbathing area with parasols, a chill-out zone with two comfortable sofas, and a covered pergola with a large outdoor table and refrigerator for al fresco dining.

The villa's strategic location allows you to fully enjoy the peace and quiet while also being able to easily reach the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets.
