Amenities at the property include a beautiful updated home with a 2 car garage (with tornado shelter and tesla charger), fully fenced in backyard, screened in patio with relaxing patio furniture, washer/dryer and a stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and other essentials to make your stay easy and comfortable! We are conveniently located off I-49 and Central Ave putting us close to many attractions! We are within walking/biking distance to Bentonville's best attractions such as Cyrstal Bridges, Downtown Bentonville, The Amazeum, Memorial Park, Orchards Park, 8th St Market, Handcut Hollow, Slaughter Pen Trail, & more! Our property is family friendly and pet friendly with applicable pet fees ($75/stay).



    The Space:

    This property is perfect for families, couples or corporate guests (remote work friendly). Park your vehicle in the garage attached to the property (which also includes a tornado shelter) which allows parking for one vehicle spaciously. Tesla charger also available in garage! Then take off your shoes, and be greeted by an updated and cozy living space. Relax and enjoy your favorite show on the large television in the living room! The dining room includes a comfortable, modern dining table. The kitchen is well stocked with coffee, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and baking trays for your use and enjoyment! All smart TV's allow you to sign into any streaming services that you have access to at home! Just sign in with your current TV provider or username and password and you are ready to watch your favorite show, sports game, or movie! Cable service is not provided. The house was perfect for our family gathering of 5. The kitchen was well stocked with more amenities than expected. And the sun room and fenced yard were perfect for our labs.

The house was everything that the write up said. It was a wonderful location for all we wanted to see and do. Just minutes from downtown. Close to very nice dining. Highly recommend it.

Perfect place for a quick get-a-way. We had three couples on three motorcycles. It was great to be able to park all three bikes (one being a trike) in the garage.

Lovely neighborhood in great location. Easy access to restaurants and interstate. House is nicely done, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful property, very clean was just like the listing showed! Communication with host was excellent! We were here for my son‘s wedding and we had the perfect quiet neighborhood to stay in. Would definitely stay here again! Also very close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

This was the cleanest vrbo we’ve ever stayed in. It’s located in a nice, centralized neighborhood and has large bedrooms, a huge master bath & great water pressure. The mattresses are quite firm. Some of us loved them and some did not, so if that isn’t your preference, be warned. The host gave clear instructions, stayed in contact with us, and made the check-out procedure very simple (far less onerous than some of our past experiences). We would happily stay here again!

This house was perfect for our needs—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Francis, the owner, was very responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. I was able to work remotely without any issues; the internet was fast and reliable. I would definitely recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

The house was centrally located for our needs. Close to resturants and grocery stores. It was very clean. There were a lot of new upgrades. The host was very prompt in notifications and responses. We have already recommended this property to friends.
