Went for a long Christmas weekend! The house was adorable, accommodations were great! Super close to downtown. The only negative I could say was I wish it would have been decorated more festive for the holiday! Otherwise everything was excellent!

We stayed at this lovely home for Thanksgiving. It was very updated, comfortable and had plenty of bedrooms and bathroom space for our family. The open concept layout felt welcoming and spacious. The kitchen had plenty of cookware and accommodated a festive meal. The location was close to town and the Momentary. The trails were very accessible. Overall, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

We enjoyed our stay. House was well equipped and very clean. Location was convenient. Propane tank for fire pit was empty when we arrived but property management arrived within the hour and changed out the tank which was much appreciated. Fire pit was great at night and we even enjoyed it with our morning coffee. Will definitely be return guest.

Had a conference in town. So much cheaper to stay here than to have 4 hotel rooms. The house was very accommodating. The back porch and fire pit area was a great place to sit at night. This is one of the nicer units I’ve stayed in.

Girlfriend trip to Crystal Bridges

The home was well equipped, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Loved that it was close to Crystal Bridges, downtown, and so many restaurant choices.

Everything was wonderful. Great location. Easy walk to downtown. Really close to anything we wanted to do. Highly recommend this place to stay.

Wonderful experience

Very beautiful house in the heart of Bentonville! The house was well decorated with modern appliances and decor. Well stocked with everything you will need for your stay. The communication with the owners was fantastic! They addressed any questions or concerns fast and were very polite. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay here again! We highly recommend this location!

Very Nice Experience

Our stay was great and we would highly recommend this property for families or multiple couples. Location was close to all of the downtown restaurants and activities and was well-appointed with basic items like coffee, glassware, etc. We brought our dog and the house and yard were great for pets. Our only recommendation would be to mow the back yard a little more frequently since we have a small dog and the grass was a little high. However, we will stay here again on our next trip to Bentonville.

Christmas 2024

This is a sweet spot as far as distance to the square, the greenway and Chrystal Bridges and my mother's assisted living facility. The neighborhood is a little sketchy looking, but there were no issues. The house behind this property is certainly abandoned. The layout worked well for us. The kitchen was well stocked. The mattresses were the best I have been on! The host gave us an early check-in opportunity without cost, because the property was ready. We will stay here again when is warmer and not raining.

Nice location, once you’re at the house, no car needed

Nice place to stay. Everything we needed was provided. Kitchen was great, gas stoves at these VRBOs are rare, it was a welcome sight. House was great, the rooms had super themed and next time we go to Bentonville I’ll see if it’s available. The backyard was really a nice area. All in all a great place for a break from home, all the while feeling at home. As the title indicates, I didn’t move my truck once I parked it. Downtown and the trails were all within riding distance on safe roads. Enjoy your stay. We did.

Chicks biker haven

Loved where we stayed. The house was great. Seemed freshly remolded. Was very up to date! Located in a quiet neighborhood. It was biking distance to the downtown square. Comfortable beds, some hard, some soft enabling picky sleepers to find their favorite. Liked it so, have sent to friends that plan to travel there next year! Lighting in the guest bathroom was dim for us. (We are in our late 60’s early 70’s) Would have liked a printed copy of info about area. Also a printed copy of house expectations.

4 night stay

The property was not reflective of the pictures posted. Firstly though the positives, clean inside house and well stocked. Negatives, garden was overgrown, dog waste and patio dirty. Could not sit out or let dog out in garden initially. Leak under master bathroom sink. TVs and internet, poor signal and kept cutting out. Management company did not appear to want to communicate by phone, only email and text. They sent a lady to clean the patio, she hosed it down and did the best she could and was helpful. Gardener came also very helpful, only cuts grass, is not instructed to maintain anything else however he did over and above and tidied things up for us. Sink also got fixed. Older neighborhood, a bit run down however it was quiet. One neighbor was a little off putting as he was under the influence and talking to himself and plants first thing in the morning however he did not disturb us. Lady next door super nice. Distance to town good if on bike or in car. 10-15 minute walk on foot Bentonville itself is lovely, friendly, great food and atmosphere. Biker heaven I would imagine normally but after tornadoes most of the trails my husband wanted to ride were closed, understandable but would have been good to know in advance. They have a lot of work to do to restore and they are working hard to do that. We still had a fun trip and my husband is keen to return to the trails in the future.
