Excellent stay overall! Really enjoyed the central location which made it very easy to walk everywhere. My only complaint was regarding the kitchen chairs which were totally mismatched to the table and quite uncomfortable.

The location was fantastic. We could walk most places and leave the car behind There were two parking spaces assigned, an elevator and a well stocked kitchen with pots and utensils. Furnishings were comfortable, except for the dining table. It was a tall table with stools too tall for legs to fit under. For dinners or working at a computer, that made it unusable.

Spacious, super clean place just a block from downtown Bentonville. Bedroom are at either end of LR, DR, Kitchen. Would stay here again.

This place was just wonderful. It was in a great location where you could walk to restaurants and stores. If you didn't want to go out to eat you could cook and relax. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and new. Can't wait to go back!

Great location

We loved the location. We enjoyed being able to walk to Onyx coffee. The condo was clean and everything seemed very new. They need to change out the stools at the table from bar height to counter height. They are currently too high to actually use at the table. Everything else was great.

Business Trip

We frequent this location quite often if it's available when we have business in Bentonville. The stay is always great, home away from home! If I could say one thing, maybe stock up on essentials for your guests (tissues) and better quality for paper towels/toilet paper (personal preference of course!) Looking forward to the next stay! This is a great place!

Extremely clean and beautifully designed. Very comfortable bed, great bathroom and very well equipped kitchen. Included was access to a secure space for our bikes. Everything was as described. Highly recommend.

All talk, no action.

Location was great, but lots of little issues. Talked a good game, but no action to resolve anything.Coffee maker didn't work, lights were flickering, electrical outlets were loose, bathroom fan was loud, no water outside hooked-up, very limited bike storage.They did offer a 15% refund, but I felt like they had no local support or interest in resolving anything.

Comfortable, modern, and clean condo next to historic Bentonville Square

We arrived to a clean and nicely appointed condo two blocks from the Bentonville square. The furniture is new. The property was very peaceful and quiet. There are two nice bedrooms with very comfortable beds. We felt safe with our 10 month old crawling around the clean and neat space. We had everything we needed: entertainment, appliances, dishes, etc. We’re certainly return when visiting family. If you’re looking for a clean two bedroom near the square, then this is the spot!

Lovely, but needs a few thing

It’s lovely and is exactly like the photos. It needs a few more items before it could get five stars. Theyare: the correct coffee filters versus not having any; not asking the guests to strip the beds when you leave, which is why you pay the cleaning fee; shower caddies in the showers so you don’t have to put your soap and shampoo on the shower floor; some instructions about the cooling system; and finally some more hooks in the main bedroom’s bathroom. There are only two hooks, which is insufficient for towels and robes.
