Family Time

We truly enjoyed our stay. Absolutely beautiful home inside and out. Neighborhood is beautiful. Lots to do in Bentonville. Highly recommend Pedalar’s Pub - Trash Ice Cream, walk the trails, ride some bikes, enjoy the sites.

The Best House, Host, and Location

Location is great for MTB riders

Pedal to the trails from your house. House is great for a large group we had 10. House has everything it says. Tornado had toppled a tree and poked a hole in roof but debris was gone. Up rooted tree in front yard.. One other issue was the master on 1st floor. The water pressure in the shower made it un usable. Just a trickle came out.

Dinner group reunion

This home was a great space for our large dinner group to reunite. Plenty of space for sleeping and getting away when necessary. The outdoor deck space was perfect for group meals. We had some issues with wet floors downstairs due to rain, but the response by the rental company was prompt.

Multi-generational fun.

This house was perfect for our wedding visit to Bentonville. The Dogwoods in our the yard and neighborhood will be a pleasing memory. This house has lots of room and we loved the outdoor areas on multiple levels. House was very clean and did not disappoint. I hope you can also make reservations for the perfect April weather that we experienced.

Epic bike adventure

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful large home. It was the perfect home for families with teenagers with its three floor layout, many bedrooms, and multiple living areas. The neighborhood is beautiful and being on a cul-de-sac was a wonderful surprise. It was a very peaceful quite neighborhood.

Beyond Expectations!!

We had 6 couples all over age 60 staying 2 nights to ride our E-bikes on the Greenway Razorback trail. Every bedroom had very comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms for all of us which is essential when traveling. The entire house is spectacular. Really enjoyed sitting on the deck with all the nature surrounding us. Plenty of room in the garage for 2 cars and our 12 bikes. We will definitely try to make this house an annual place to come to for our biking adventures. Our host was very easy to contact and promt to reply with any questions we had. Thank you for the great experience enjoying your fabulous home.

Reunion Weekend

This a great property in a really nice neighborhood. Very quiet and private. Room for many more than the 4 couples that we had staying. Access to town and the bike trails are VERY close and convenient. Communication and responses from the host were quick, helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this for families or groups.

Christmas in July

We had many activities including a family reunion and a day at Crystal Bridges. Great restaurants and enjoyed relaxing in living spaces. We had a few walkers, alas our bikers didn’t make it. Great fireworks from rooftop bar on the 4th!

Nice house with lots of room

Nice house with lots of room. Its located at quite end of cul-de-sac and fairly close to major trails. There are plenty of rooms, beds, bathrooms, family spaces, large patio and accessible garage for bikes (although the bathrooms don't quite match the location of the rooms). The house was equipped, clean and there was great communication.

Fabulous neighborhood! This is a great property to rent with a big group. Lots of bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, big space to gather in, wonderful deck overlooking the woods. Annual Friends Getaway

A group of friends who like to stop down twice a year and reconnect. This house and the city of Bentonville delivered. We loved the trail access from the house as well as the proximity to downtown. The house was perfect for our needs and the property management was attentive to all requests/communications. Can’t speak highly enough about this property!

Perfect for large families!

We always struggle to find vacation stays for our large family (7 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 children) that has enough rooms and space and this property checks all those boxes and then some. It is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood close to everything we needed. Our family cannot stop talking about how amazing this house was and we will definitely be coming back!
