“The location of the property excellent, how ever the air quality in the room corridor and elevator poor. The air smelt like stale, moldy and an awfull smell. We had to use Glen 20 which we purchased. The vents were all dust filled and not maintained correctly. The balcony had moss growing in every corner.”

“Everything was as advertised. The animals were fantastic and the cat was super friendly. We stayed in the Tree House. Not a lot of room in there and all amenities are out side of it i.e. kitchen, toilets & shower, but it was advertised like this so it was expected. Great experience and excellent view.”

“We had a one bedroom superior apartment with jetted tub. Our stay was 4 nights The apartment was huge and was well equipped. The bathroom was great with the jetted tub. However the apartment was not the cleanest. There was a furnished balcony with huge sliding doors going out to it but the doors were filthy. The tables in the apartment were all clear glass topped and were not clean. Although the bed sheets were clean the doona cover had stains that obviously could not come out in the wash ...

“Our Ocean View apartment was perfect for a few days in beautiful Lorne. Spotlessly clean and comfortable, it’s in the perfect location to access everything Lorne has to offer. The icing on the cake was the balcony with views directly onto the beach. ”
