Thank you for staying with us. We always ask our customers to let us know if something is wrong so we can fix it. With the water in the shower I would stay the shower head need cleaned as we do have good water pressure. With the cable being out everyone in the north west was out and there was nothing I could do about that. We hope you will give us another try the next time you come to are area. Barb

We are sorry for the hair dryer we found it also when we cleaned, if you would have let me know we would have given you a new hair dryer we keep extra on hand. We did move you to a room with two twin beds as you had to children and that room was not available at the time of booking. We thought we were doing you a favor by giving you two beds for the children. Barb
