The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and most of the neighboring residents are families. There are playgrounds, football pitches and grocery stores nearby.

5 minutes walk to buses and light rail which take you to the city centre or other parts of the city.

The apartment is on the second floor. It has a spacious kitchen and living room area with entrance to the private balcony with afternoon sun.

There are two bedrooms. In the master bedroom there is a queen size bed (160cm / 5.2ft). In the second bedroom there is a double bed (140cm / 4.6ft). The living room couch can be transformed to a sofa bed with room for two people.
