“I liked the location as it is in the hills and convenient to get to. The property is very clean and the host is great with communication. The only downside was the size of the bathroom space but it is a very nice bathroom. Everything is well built and decorated. The ambiance is peaceful. The price is great and affordable. I would stay here again! ”

“Loved the property and location. Everything was great. Just a couple of minor issues. Easy to access staff. Only sugestión I have is that the bedrooms need at least one mirror so that the Ladies can see their wardrobe as they're trying them on. One more thing, Since not a hotel room we should be allowed to check out at noon or 1pm. THANK YOU.”

“This is a gem in Boerne! First thing I’ll say is that everything in the listing is 100% correct and accurate. In fact, the place looks even better than the pictures! The house is 4 individual suites - 2 that are 2BR and 2 that are 1 BR. All suites come with bathroom and microwave and fridge. Plus there’s a separate kitchenette everyone can meet up in and a lovely backyard and a front porch. Plenty of space for parking. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops and the river. It felt cozy...

“We loved the house and the area. We did have to purchase spray and treat around the foundation as ants kept crawling inside. One night they ended up my granddaughter's bed and her hand was all bit up in the morning. The yard is great but could use a bbq pit ( charcoal or wood not propane, of course). Also had to purchase some kitchen stuff like pans. Over all we are very pleased despite not getting a response on any of our questions while there.”
