  • Due to the great central location and the perfect transport links many destinations are within easy driving distance, best public transport to reach.

    Potsdamer Platz, Brandenburg Gate, Olympic Stadium, Forest Stage, New National Gallery, Philharmonic Hall, Memorial Church, Reichstag, Chancellery, Kurfürstendamm, KaDeWe, div. We loved this location! It was very close to food and grocery stores. It was also located close to sites like Checkpoint Charlie and Brandenburg Gate! Our host communicated well and gave us some really great tips on food and things to do. The apartment has so much space for the 7 of us that stayed here! We were very happy here! Thank you so much!

This is a very spacious top floor apartment with plenty of room for a large group. It is well-equipped and has views both sides of the building. The entrance to the building and lift/stairs to the apartment are quite scruffy, but once inside the apartment, it is clean and comfortable.

Der Aufenthalt war OK, die zentrale Lage mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sehr gut. Der Kühlschrank ist für eine Wohnung dieser Größe etwas klein, generell könnte die Küche etwas besser ausgestattet sein mit Töpfen und Pfannen.

Good for large groups

One of the few places that can fit large group of friends. Clean and adapted for 11pax without trouble. Location is a bit far from the centre though

Highly Recommend for First-Time Visitors!

The apartment itself very comfortably slept six of us, and the balcony was a treat to be able to have meals and smokes on. The location of the apartment is ideal - around the corner from the S-Bahn and U-Bahn, as well as grocery stores, the shop McHurt, and the club Insomnia. A quick 30-minute ride on the train got us to Alexanderplatz, Museum Island, and other historic sections of the city. If we go back as a group this size, we'll absolutely plan to pick this place to stay!

Great 4 Bedroom Apartment

Very comfortable for a family or 4 couples to enjoy a home away from home with 4 comfy king-sized beds which is hard to find especially in the city. The living space is small, but adequate seating for all, especially when you utilize the outside balcony. The balcony could be spruced up a little with some plants to make it more appealing, but very spacious. Local Turkish restaurant and nice little coffee shop was very good and close by. Also, being close to the train station makes it easy it get to all the main attractions.

Lejligheden er pæn ren, men opgangen lugter af affald. Lejligheden er kold og vi havde ikke held med at skrue på radiatorerne. Terrassen er trist og i det hele taget fremstår det slidt.

Great location and lovely apartment

Apartment was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Close to transport links and shops, Lidl and aldi both close by as well as takeaway food and restaurants. Outdoor space was good, views over the city roofs. Only criticisms would be , lack of wine glasses and wobbly table on the balcony. There is only a 2 slice toaster, which takes a while to toast the bread! Worth noting that there are no condiments in the kitchen so bring some salt and pepper if you plan on cooking. Lack of a washing machine would probably make a longer stay an issue , not sure if there is a laundrette near by.

Wohnung eigentlich schön groß. Aber in jedem Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig!- Terassentürgriff abgebrochen, nicht zu schließen- Lüfter im Bad defekt- großes Loch in der Wand- Klofenster defekt, Griff abgebrochen - Sicherungsschalter abgebrochen Ohne Gewähr auf Vollständigkeit.

Wintertauglich?

Eine wunderschöne großzügige Ferienwohnung mit herrlichen Ausblicken. Für den Sommer schon wg der großen Terrasse ideal, bei den Temperaturen dieses Wochenende ist der Wohn-Essraum leider nicht warm geworden, wir haben gefroren. Eine weitere Heizmöglickeit ist da zu erwägen. Anyway, im Sommer wieder gerne!

Prima Startpunkt um Berlin (weiter) kennen zu lernen.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist raum, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Nur Weingläser und Schnappsgläschen fehlten. Wir konnten Filterkaffee machen, was oft unmöglich ist.

Great location & great for large groups

We were a couple and three single adults who were running the Berlin Marathon. We all had a large room with king bed. Large dining table. Very clean. The building was safe and located near transit, shopping and restaurants. Just one negative: community stairwell and elevator dirty and smelly BUT did not affect our stay. Highly recommend.
