Beautiful Home

This property is spacious and updated. The hosts made the check-in/out process a breeze and they replied to messages promptly. The house was close enough to the attractions and we got more bang for our dollar staying in Berlin. We will be booking this property again.

Fantastic location!

We loved the location of this property. It was 10 minutes from Assateague where we were able to do the beaches, my kids got their junior ranger badges, and we did the trails in the national park.12 minutes to the Ocean City Boardwalk to enjoy that. And we loved getting to go crabbing on the fishing pier. Plenty of space in the house, the only thing that detracted from our experience is the towels were kind of old and small and the upstairs shower didn’t have great water pressure. Not horrible, just meh. Neither of those things were showstoppers for us though, and the rest of the house was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend!

Perfect house for an OC Golf trip!

I can’t say how thankful I am that this house was available for us. We had a trip planned to play three golf courses in the Ocean City area and our initial housing plans got uprooted a week before the trip. Luckily this house was available and had everything we could have possibly needed and the hosts were so great at communicating everything. It honestly worked out much better than our initial plan, and I’m so grateful to our hosts for such a nice, spacious and clean house to spend the weekend in. 11/10 Would recommend!!

Great home for our family reunion

Thank you, Dave and Fang, for making your lovely home and the Bayside Community available for our family reunion. Having the beds made when we arrived was a welcome surprise, as was the easy access to the clubhouse (with arcade, billiards, and foosball) and pool. The kitchen was perfectly sized, and evening walks to the docks made for great memories. The easy drive to Assateague National Park was a great bonus. The only challenge we had was the construction on the neighboring home, which we know will be done by next year. I appreciated how responsive Dave and Fang were to our questions about the 7am work start. This is a great option for a large family, or the families of three siblings to come together. Thank you.

Great Family Getaway

This property was located in a very nice, quiet, safe community. Easy access to the clubhouse with both indoor & outdoor pools. Short walks to the pier and kayak docks. Easy drive to both Assateague and Ocean City. The house was spacious with more than enough room for our 6 adults and 6 kids. It was clean and very well maintained. Had a small issue with some supplies that weren't there but the owners responded quickly and solved the issue. Would definitely recommend this place!!

Beware stay away from this property!

Let me explain b/c the other reviews are OK so its important that interested renters are aware of what could happen at this property. When we arrived back home after our stay we realized we mistakenly took one of several red rubber bands (wear on wrist) that 'shows' a visitor has access to the pool area. The landlord/owner proceeded to charge and take out of the security deposit an enormous amount (not allowed to write number) to replace the band! A couple things to note here 1) we offered to send it back of course 2) we asked the property management office the replacement cost of the rubber band and they said "generally they charge nothing" to owners 3) we asked the property management office if the bands are required to access the pool and they said "really just the card key" so it was nothing essential 4) property management was so shocked of this charge and treatment to renters they spoke to the owner directly and he refused to be reasonable If the owner acted in this malicious vindictive manner with the loss of a rubber band/something so minor who knows what else he might do. He is trying to make money off of an honest mistake which will not serve him well. Also be aware that there is now and will be constant construction for the next 12 months of new houses (was not happening for the first few reviews) on both sides of the property (no separation) at all hours of the day and night including weekends so be prepared to be disrupted and bothered!

Our Stay Away Ocean City

The property was great for our family trip. The layout is perfect for interacting, talking and entertaining. Because of the design even if you are upstairs on the 2nd level you can look over the balcony area to the family room and be apart of the conversation. It is very convent also to 2 near by beach destinations (Asateague Park Beach and Ocean City Boardwalk Beach). The host gave constant communication. I would recommend this house and would book it again. The furnishings are adequate for a beach style or rental style property. If there was a recommendation. It would be to invest in either newer or better furniture to enhance the wonderful experience. The kitchen was already supplied with most things you need to cook so all you need to do Is make super market runs to gets the items for your group. We will be back.

Great rental

My family and friends family stayed at the home. Beautiful home, clean. Very welcoming with open floor plan and plenty of space with multiple living areas. House is very close to the pool and playground. Pool was nice, quiet and enjoyable for kids. Owners very responsive and easy to contact. Would definitely recommend! No complaints!

Great place to stay with a couple families. Lots of room!

We stayed at this property 6/18-26/22. Everything was great! The house was clean from top to bottom. The kitchen was well stocked. My kids loved that they had a choice of an indoor or outdoor pool at the clubhouse and it was diagonally across the street. It is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping and activities and just a short drive to Assateague and OC. I also have to mention that the communication with the owners was top notch. They were very accommodating and hospitable. I was so pleasantly surprised at the almost immediate responses I received from them via the VRBO site and email. Everyone in our group had a great time and was happy with the property. I absolutely would stay here again and will recommend this home to my friends and family that are traveling with a larger group.

Great Stay with Amazing Hosts!

I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It is well equipped to take care of us and our host was very responsive and generous. When someone from our party came down with food poisoning he extended our stay by an hour to allow us time to gather ourselves after the doctors visit. When we told him about some summer bugs he immediately sent pest control over to have that taken care of. The community is nice and quiet and as advertised only 5 miles away from the boardwalk. The bay access in the community is small but gorgeous. It is close to amenities like food lion and a liquor store if needed. I would definitely stay again.
