We did not use the pool because a hurricane came theough while we were there. The house was beautiful and beautifully furnished. The town of Berlin has a cute downtown and some wonderful restaurants.

Beautiful home and very large!

Loved everything except found it odd that the beds were not made and the linens were down stairs in a bag. Would have liked to be told we would have to make them so we could have done it prior to getting ready to sleep

Relaxing vacation

Everyone in our group enjoyed their stay here. There was 10 of us and we all had plenty of room. The two children (12 years old) were very excited about having their own space (a bonus room not shown in the pictures). Except for the fact that one room did not have a closet, you could count this house as having five bedrooms.

Great experience

Beautiful view from all rooms . The house is spacious and well kept . Liked having 2 separate cook tops in the kitchen . Ran into a small issue - opening the lock to the house , but the code was corrected within 1/2 hour for us to access the house . Only one recommendation to the owner to specify that only 3 bedrooms have attached baths , the fourth bedroom had to use a shared bathroom in the hallway . I will definitely rent this property again in the future . Overall a nice place to spend peaceful weekend.

Relaxing

A large, open space house with 12 foot ceilings and open views to the harbor. Very relaxing with comfortable seating outside made for a great stay in the inner harbor. The only negative for those who like to relax in front of the TV is that it was too small; needs to be 85" viewing areas.

Exceeded expectations!

The house was awesome, looks just like the pictures in the listing, beautiful. The bay views were spectacular. The kitchen was well equipped.. Access to the Ocean Pine Beach & Yacht Clubs were a nice amenity for a small additional cost. We all enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay

This property lived up to the expectation and then some! It was roomy, clean, and absolutely beautiful. Our family had a blast in this relaxing low-key environment. There is plenty of parking and lots of room for activities. Would recommend 100%!
