Me gusta la cadena hotelera y confío mucho en ella, porque siempre hay gente que habla español y es una cadena de 10. Sin embargo en este hotel, a pesar de ser una cadena hostelera española no hay absolutamente nadie que hable español, cosa que no entiendo. La habitación es grande y muy bien cuidada y el baño no está mal, pero eso de que la ducha solo tenga la mampara a la mitad no lo entiendo mucho. Por no hablar del agobio de la puerta del baño, ya que el vater está detrás de la puerta y la puerta se mueve todo el rato hacia ti y es muy incómodo. Por lo demás perfecto.

Un trato y servicio excelente, nos encontramos con uno de los camareros fuera del hotel y nos ayudó a orientarnos por la cuidad y nos recomendó restaurantes a los que ir a cenar ya que era muy tarde

Apartado de Alexander platz. Nadie del personal habla español y tampoco ponen mucho interés en hacerse entender. Nos retuvieron toda la factura más una cantidad como garantía, antes de haber llegado. La central NH, les pregunto y parace ser q es habitual hacerlo así. Mucho ruido de tráfico toda la noche. Limpieza nula, todo lleno de polvo y suelos sin barreras durante toda la estancia. Lo mejor la cafetera Nespresso. No lo recomendaría

Leider ging bei uns alles schief. Konnte nicht gut schlafen, da das Hotel extrem lichtdurchlässige Vorhänge hatte und es dadurch sehr hell war. Direkt neben unserem Fenster war eine Baustelle und wir hatten Baustellenlärm. Die Bettdecke hatte leider ein Loch. Ansonsten waren die Zimmer aber schön eingerichtet. Das Hotel liegt recht zentral. Leider gab es am Samstag einen Feueralarm. Dieser lief ziemlich unkoordiniert ab.

Die Premium Zimmer sind sehr groß und geräumig. tolles Bad mit großer Dusche und das Zimmer war zum Innenhof hin ausgerichtet, so dass es sehr ruhig war. Auch haben die Vorhänge das Sonnenlicht richtig abgehalten, so dass wir gut ein bißchen länger schlafen konnten. Dass der CheckOut am Sonntag erst um 12Uhr erfolgen muss, ist auch klasse.

Ikke helt godt men ikke dårligt.
Det lå godt fra centrum og der var mulighed for at spise ud i nærheden, vi var ikke så glad for rengøring da vi ikke fik skiftet sengetøj hele ugen vi var der. Ellers var de venlige, men kunne godt informere alt der er vigtig for opholdet første dag.

The hotel is clean, not far from the Tram. The staff at the reception, the bar and the restaurant are very friendly. I like the little attention of the hotel, for example, in the bathroom there are various creams (shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, hand soap and body lotion). If there is a chance, I will definitely come back to stay here again.

This was my first time to stay in this hotel brand. It was okay. Breakfast options were good but expensive in comparison. I did not enjoy that the cleaning services were at times good on some days versus others. I also did not enjoy that the air conditioning turned off in the middle of the night. That is difficult and I would wake up each night when this would shut off, and it would get too hot, especially during a heatwave in the city. Overalll, good value, but may not stay here again in the future.

Pleasant but not great
Hotel pleasant but not great. Minimum 25 minutes walk to Alexanderplatz or 10 minutes on a tram. Apart from the hotel restaurant only 1 restaurant (Chinese) nearby. Cleaning very hit and miss, our cups, glasses and spoons weren't replaced after the first day. We needed a new pillow slip - left the pillow out and took the slip off but didn't get a new pillow slip. Lifts kept breaking down and the lift doors were vicious if they closed whilst you were getting on - I got a bruise from a closing lift door - not sure they would spring open if a small child was in the same situation. Very convenient for trams and a lovely large park opposite the hotel.
