Ikea furniture

The whole apartment is with ikea furnished. The equippemt in the kitchen was also poor regarding glasses and mugs. The room was not too clean in the arrival, but your neither can have the feeling of cleanliness... Beds were confortable enough. It is a relative good option if you get the special offers and you go only to sleep.. there is no reception. In deed it works as a 'Ferienwohnung'

Good location to the centre and the gay area.

Apartment was clean and tidy, kitchen was very basic an oven would have been great as we were staying for a week and were restricted to what we could cook for meals. The only disappointing this for us would be the mattresses on the beds could do with being upgraded think they are past their best. Apart from that great value for money. I would be happy to book again if the mattresses were changed.

Perfect for what we needed!

Prior to departure from the UK i received a text from the member of staff that would be greeting us on arrival. We were requested to text on landed so he could ensure he was there for our arrival. We arrived in the area and were unsure of where we were going, we contacted 'micheal' he attempted to give us directions but didn't appear to know the local area very well however we were able to get directions from a group of 'locals'. On our arrival micheal was pleasant gave us a quick tour if the apartment handed us the keys and advised that we could purchase wi-fi at an additional cost - very reasonably priced so we did! We were able to contact micheal or the company direct if any issues were to arise which they didn't but always good to have someone to contact! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a central location, walking distance to many attractions and well connected by public transport to many others. Being able to cook in the apartment was important for us and there was a full working kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine) basic cooking utensils were available but we did have to compromise in order to make basic meals for 2! The apartment was large, open and clean, and cleaning products were available to use or you could pay a surcharge for cleaners to come in with fresh linen.

apartement met Kringloop inrichting

Het was er niet schoon, overal vlokken stof. Douchestang was stuk, slang tekort, douchegordijn heel vies, bedden oud, gordijnen hingen half los, meubilair aftands. Volgende X geven we even wat meer uit voor een beter verblijf.

Ok lejlighed til pengene.

Det var skuffende vi fik først fik anvist et værelse der slet ikke svarede til det der var vist på billederne, efter at vi diskuterede om det fik vi anvist det værelse der var reklameret med. Vi ventede i over 1 time på nøglen, men fik fri internet i kompensation, derefter var opholdet ok.

Selve lejligheden var OK, da vi endelig fandt den. Store fugtpletter på væggen i køkkenet, sikkert efter en vandskade, men som sagt OK til prisen. Vores største problem var ved ankomsten. Vi kunne ikke finde noget som helst på adressen der kunne læses som RS Appartements. Vi ringede to gange på det tlf.nr., der stod på papirerne, men der var fejlmelding på det. Min rejsemakker, der taler tysk, løb rundt i en times tid og spurgte sig for. Hun fik flere meldinger på, at andre også havde spurgt på den adresse, men ingen af "de lokale" kendte noget til det. En renseridame skældte ud - nu var hun træt af alle os, der kom og spurgte og gad ikke svare os !! Til sidst gik min makker ind på et motel rundt om hjørnet, hvor en russisk- eller polsktalende dame hjalp ved at ringe til en eller anden. Efter i alt to timers søgen kom en ung fyr (Michael) og viste os hen til en parkering i en gård og op i lejligheden. Han var utroligt sød og meget hjælpsom, beklagede dybt. Han sagde, han havde ringet til mig flere gange i løbet af dagen og ikke kunne træffe mig - (og det var min egen fejl, at jeg havde opgivet mit fastnetnummer og ikke mit mobilnummer). Han forklarede at det var den forkerte adresse, der stod på papirerne - men det var der, lejligheden lå. Det må være er krav at der er en reception på den opgivne adresse.Som kompensation fik vi gratis parkering - men det var ikke sjovt i de to timer det stod på. Ring gerne for nærmere forklaring. Dette skal ikke på hjemmesiden som bedømmelse.

appartamento accogliente in Kudamm

L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i conforts basilari per un soggiorno di vacanza. La cucina è ben attrezzata e la camera da letto con divano, tv e balcone è molto comoda! Situato di fronte alla fermata della metro e a due passi da Kudamm, un quartiere molto bello di Berlino, pieno di negozi e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, ve lo raccomando per una vacanza a Berlino!

Asunto vaihtui viimehetkellä. Uusi oli Droysenstrasse 9. Asunto oli kauempana, kuin varaamani ja siinä ei ollut parveketta, kuten alkuperäisessä. Asunto oli myös vaatimattomampi. Lisäksi talon ulkoremontti oli alkamassa, joten seinälle ikkunamme taakse pystytettiin telineitä. Hyvityksenä sain vain ilmaisen Wifin neljäksi päiväksi. Normaali hinta 5€ päivä.

Slidt og ukomplet

Vi har boet 7 nætter i RS Apartments am KaDeWe. Lejlighedens stand var ikke som på billederne. Sengen var slidt helt i bund og madrassen ubrugelig. Vi endte med at sove alle nætter på sofaen. Køkkenet var ukomplet. Der fandtes ingen viskestykker, klude etc. Heller ingen mulighed for at vaske tøj. Beliggenhed var perfekt. Og generelt, overlevede vi vores ferie. Men vi har tidligere boet i andre lejligheder i samme område, til samme pris, som var af meget bedre kvalitet.

Kom ikke i nærheden af lejligheden jeg bookede, en søforklaring om vandskade og der var kun en rigtig dårlig gammel slidt lejlighed i Charlottenburg. Det sker vist ret ofte:-(

Nice studio in the middle of Kadewe

Nice clean studio with balcony in front of the metro. With big bed, sofa that can be transformed into bed and nice kitchen with everything you need to cook even an oven. Definitely recommend it.

Perfect location.

Apartment was the perfect alternative to a hotel stay. The room was very comfortable and suited our needs. The best part was the location, very near to plenty of cool shops to walk to.

Exelent Service

The Apartment host was very nice to us and the Apartment was in the center of Berlin witch is great for Sightseeng and Shopping .. The only thing i could find negative was dirty mirrors and dishes,so the house keeping should be better,but we are happy and would love to stay at the Apartment again :)

Insbesondere der Balkon war sehr unsauber. Die Betten waren super, der Rest der Wohnung hätte sauberer sein können.

Haus mit Charme der Mauer-Jahre

Das Hochhaus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ebenso das Parkett im Apartment im 3./4. Stock. Eben aus der Zeit, da Heizungsrohre noch über den Putz verlegt wurden. Alles da, was benötigt wird. Doppelbett, runder Esstisch, drei Lederstühle, Couch, Flachfernseher. Bodenlange, schwarze Fenster-Vorhänge bedecken die kahlen, weißen Wände. Ein Anflug von Design im nicht luxuriösen, aufs Wesentliche reduzierte Apartment. In der Küche Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine sowie Besteck, Messersatz, Pfanne, Dosenöffner. Flaschenöffner - wie im Hotel - mitbringen. Im Flur verstecken sich Staubsauger, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Fazit: vollständig, funktionabel und bei dem Preis kann man nicht meckern.

Fin lille lejlighed, men snavset i hjørnerne og på dørene.Især altanen var meget uhumsk og vi havde valgt stedet netop fordi der var altan.Vi måtte vente på gaden en halv time inden der kom en med nøglerne, til gengæld fik vi tilbudt fri internet som kompensation. Men den unge mand med nøglerne var dog særdeles høflig.
