  • Este exclusivo y exclusivo apartamento de 3 estrellas (46 m²) con estuco, pisos de parquet y su propio jardín con terraza tiene una cama doble con somier (180/200), divisible en 2x 90/200, un escritorio, armario con espejo, caja fuerte, plancha, tabla de planchar , Tendedero, pantalla plana, equipo de música y otros muebles.

    El área de la cocina está equipada con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios, así como una vitrocerámica, microondas, nevera con congelador, lavavajillas, lavadora, tostadora, hervidor de agua, cafetera, platos, vasos, té, café y crema de café, azúcar y especias básicas.

    El comedor tiene cómodos asientos para 2 personas.
    El baño con ducha está equipado con un calentador de peldaño, secador de pelo, espejo cosmético eléctrico y un conjunto básico de artículos de higiene.

Quiet and Comfortable

The Studio was a great place to spend our 4 days in Berlin. The check in and check out process are easy. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to stay that is easy to take transit from this is your spot.

Wonderful apartment for two people. Very clean and beautifully furnished with everything you need and more, including a welcoming bottle of wine.

Fantastic place felt like home

We had an awesome time staying here. We celebrated our one year anniversary and I ran the Berlin marathon. The place was great and the neighborhood offered lots of shops and stores and parks nearby. Highly recommend

Great spacious apartment in Berlin

Easy check in and 15 minutes from the main station. Spacious suite, great comfortable bed ,very clean and bright. Many restaurants in the area within walking distance- good vibes, multi- cultural area. Kitchen is small but we ate out most meals so no problem for us.

der Aufenthalt war wie zu Hause

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, komfortabel, mit allem, was man braucht. Der Garten ist das Highlight. Die Kommunikation mit dem Manager ohne Probleme. Ich werde wieder dort bleiben, wenn ich nach Berlin zurückkehre.

Great place for 2 people in mid to long term stay

We stayed here for 4 days visiting from the US and it was very pleasant. Accommodations in the studio apartment were nice, and they included a bottle of wine and coffee. It’s just a block away from the nearest bus stop. We were able to get to most tourist activities in about 35 mins usinng public transit from the bus and U/S bahn. Would definitely stay here again

Belle découverte de la ville de Berlin, surprenante et atypique, riche d'activités diverses et variées. Studio agréable avec une petite cour intérieure bien appréciable. Situé dans un quartier très calme. Lignes de bus à proximité.

Lovely all around

This was such a beautiful stay. The in-unit washer was a life saver. The building was very cool in the warm August weather and we always looked forward to getting back to this rental to recharge and rest. You have to check out Tiergarten and its gorgeous beer garden. Order the curry quest and rent a boat for a bit. Was hard saying goodbye to this cute spot and this wild city.

Fabulous Stay

Such a lovely apartment that has been decorated in a very stylish and yet comfortable way. Lots of privacy, comfy and big bed, relaxing garden, washing machine with clothes rack, train station is walkable but a bit far and there is good variety of restaurants. Metro is close and the area is quiet, a reprieve from the tourist areas. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return one day. Thank you to our hosts. Marcia and Glenn

Excellent private place with great host

This is a small apartment that has it all and is close to train station and city centre. Public transport was great, except when there was a 48 hour busstrike and pre-election demonstrations. Had to walk a lot but otherwise no problem. Missing items at check in such as shower gel were immediately provided. Nice bottle of wine as welcome! Host very communicative.

Berlin

Response time was good, communication during check-in was a little difficult, but we don't speak German, so that made it difficult for both parties. Parking seemed to be initially included, but then realized that in order to garner parking we could pay for the owners parking spot behind a locked gate, which was actually a good way to park the car ensuring we had a spot and it was protected. Owner quickly responded and came to ensure heating was fixed.

Tolles Appartement! Nicht nur sehr funktional, auch total nett und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Die ausschließlich zur Selbstnutzung im EG-Innenhof angeschlossene Terrasse ist nicht nur für Raucher ein echtes Asset mit Mehrwert. Fußläufig verschiedene ÖPNV-Optionen und Supermarkt gut erreichbar. HBF-Nähe war auch für An- und Abreise mit dicken Koffern total preisgünstig mgl. Nette und hilfsbereite "Willkommens-Betreuung". Marginaler Mangel: Die klitzekleine Spülmaschine hat nicht wirklich gut gespült. War aber gar nicht schlimm. Umso wertvoller die Verschattungsmöglichkeiten und die großen Oberlichter zur Belüftung an den großen Fenstern. Durch den Durchgang mit Zwischenhof und die weitere Innenhoflage ist es mega ruhig - auch bei geöffneten Fenstern! und auch auf der Terrasse super entspannt. Der verfügbare Sonnenschirm muss allerdings mit etwas Mitgefühl bedient werden ;-)

Precioso apartamento

Atención del propietario muy buena. Precioso apartamento. Totalmente equipado. Tranquilidad para dormir. Terraza fantástica. A 20 minutos andando del Reichstag. No nos hizo falta coger transportes. Puedes aparcar gratis en la puerta. Supermercados cerca. Tuvimos una estancia fantástica. Volveremos Gracias familia Zentel

Wunderschönes Studio

Eifache und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Sehr sauberes Studio, alles was man braucht schon vorhanden. Wasser, Salz, Abwaschmittel etc. Bushaltestelle ca. 1 Gehminuten entfernt. Busse sind allerdings sehr unpünktlich, daher fast einfacher mit einem E-Scooter zum Bahnhof fahren (ca. 10min) Gerne wieder👍👍
