The design of our rooms is something we're proud of, so we're glad you appreciated the size and style. Regarding the bed firmness, we aim for universal comfort but it seems we missed the mark for you – sorry about that! If you stay with us again, we can certainly bring up a soft mattress topper to make things cozier. Our rooms are designed with climate control in mind, but it sounds like there was a bit of a mix-up with the temperature. For future reference, our air-conditioning can be adjusted to about 6 degrees difference from outside, ensuring you can find that perfect room climate anytime.We hope to see you again in the future. C'est vrai, on se trouve dans un endroit super branché et on fait tout pour créer un environnement cool et confortable. Désolé pour l'alarme incendie qui s'est déclenchée, mais comme tu l'as dit, ces choses arrivent et on est heureux de voir que l'intervention a été rapide et que tu as pu retourner à ta chambre sans trop d'attente.
