Great Place

The house has everything you would need. We always stay in Ocean Pines and we would definitely stay at this house again. There are TVs in the bedrooms, lots of hot water, plenty of dishes, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels, etc..

Perfect Fall Weekend

We had the most relaxing stay! The house is decorated beautifully, and the attention to every little detail is complete perfection. There was a little note left by the owners upon arrival that made us feel welcomed and at home immediately. Ocean pines was the perfect location to travel with a dog and we thoroughly enjoyed our daily walks. We will definitely consider this rental again in the future.

Home Away from Home

Billy is a terrific host, and this house is a terrific place to stay in Berlin/Ocean Pines. My husband and I didn’t know what to expect upon arrival….the pics looked great on-line, but sometimes those on-line pics can be deceiving. Just the opposite turned out to be true for this lovely house which was beautifully decorated, extremely well-appointed, and the neighborhood was quiet. The house was very comfortable, roomy, and, another plus was that everything was on one floor! We wanted to avoid the hustle and bustle of downtown Ocean City while still being close enough to our selected OC venues. The house is conveniently located within easy access to OC, golf courses, and Assateaque Island State Park. We highly recommend this house!

Close to the beach with all the peace and quiet of a house. Excellent property and home. Super clean with all the amenities you need to relax and enjoy time with family. Owner is very responsive. Can’t wait to return next year

Weekend getaway!

We could not be more satisfied with this gem! So glad we chose your home for a long weekend. It has everything you could possibly need. Soap, shampoos, detergents, condiments ect.... not one thing not thought of! The place is spotless and beautiful. I wish we had a longer stay to really enjoy it to the fullest. This was a great property to have stayed at, this was our 4th rental in the community and definitely the best. Bill was very attentive and communicated clearly and timely as we got closer to the day of our arrival. An absolute great week enjoying the White Marlin Open.

Home away from home!!!

Our family loved this property, house is laid out very well, an was very clean and organized. Everything you would need is there, We enjoyed our stay so much we are already planning our next stay. Beautiful home & Convenient Location

House was very clean & nicely furnished with lots of niceties. Location is great for going into Ocean City, Assateague & Delaware. Owners were very responsive. Ocean Pines has a good selection of restaurants & bakeries. Our dog loved taking walks around the lake!

Home was very clean and comfy. Everything that we needed or may have needed was available for use. Only stayed 3 nights for a long weekend for a cheer competition in ocmd. Very close to beach destinations but felt like it was in the woods and fairly quiet. Quick 1 minute walk down the road to see golfers tee off on a formidable par 3. Would stay again!

A really wonderful home. Fantastic hosts that go way beyond expectations to make certain you have everything you need for a comfortable, stress free stay. Really, everything. We stayed here for a long weekend and everything was great! They have everything in the house that you may need from cleaning supplies, towels, sheets, etc. Definitely one of the cleanest properties that we have rented through VRBO.

Great stay

This was a beautiful clean home in a quiet neighborhood. The owner thought of everything that a renter might want or need for a comfortable stay. My family loved the screened porch in particular. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

This house is beautiful. It includes everything you could possibly need. I enjoy cooking in as opposed to restaurants. The kitchen is large and well appointed for most cooks. The house was so clean and homey. The owner could not be more accommodating.

Beautiful Experience

My husband and I built our dream home within the last few years. It is hard for us to stay elsewhere because not much matches our expectations. We walked in the home, my husband looked at me and said, "Contact the owner, I'm interested in buying." Beautiful Home, Fantastic Neighborhood

This house is perfect. Beautifully decorated, nice yard, the kitchen was a dream to cook in and every appliance you could ever need is provided! This is a dog friendly home, but if you don't have dogs…you will never even know they were there! Our dogs loved it, and loved walking the neighborhood and meeting the friendly neighbors! It was quiet and peaceful, which is exactly what we wanted! The owners are fantastic. We will definitely keep this home in our travel rotation! Thank you!

Exceptional!

One of the best VRBOs we have been in! The house is newly renovated from top to bottom. It was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated with high end furnishings, linens, and kitchen ware. The neighborhood of Ocean Pines is quiet and conveniently located for activities in Ocean City and Assateague. The owner is very quick to respond to all communication. It is rare to find such a beautiful house that allows dogs. We will definitely seek this house out again for our next stay in the area. Highly recommend!

Seamless Stay

We had an amazing stay at this property in Ocean Pines. The house was very clean and spacious. Communication with the owner was very clear and speedy. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. I would recommend this property to whomever is visiting Ocean City, Md.
