Beach Shack on the Lagoon

Welcome to the Beach Shack on the Lagoon, a delightful holiday chalet nestled in the picturesque town of Berrara. Located within the Berrara Beach Chalets, this cosy retreat offers a modern design and is perfect for a relaxing getaway. With two bedrooms and one bathroom, it can comfortably accommodate up to five guests.

Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Aircon is available.
- Shared Laundry facilities
- Guests are Required to supply their own firewood.
- No smoking inside the Chalet
- No pets allowed.
- No Wifi available and mobile reception unreliable

Inside:
As you step inside, you'll immediately find yourself in the open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area. The lounge features a comfortable beige L-shaped sofa adorned with three cosy blankets for colder months. The room is tastefully decorated with pelicans and beach-themed accents, creating a serene coastal ambiance. Above the lounge, a large decorative wooden canoe adds a touch of rustic charm to the space.

Underneath the TV, you'll discover a collection of movies, books, and board games, ensuring there's never a dull moment during your stay. Moving past the kitchen, you'll find a shower and sink area adorned with stylish dark green marbled tiles. To the left, there's a separate toilet for added convenience. Further along, you'll reach the two bedrooms, one of which boasts its own TV.

Outside:
The chalet also features a lovely veranda with a table and chairs, providing a perfect spot to enjoy meals or simply unwind while taking in the tranquil surroundings. Additionally, guests have access to a barbecue, ideal for alfresco cooking and dining. A fireplace is also available for use, but please note that guests are required to bring their own firewood.

One of the highlights of the Beach Shack on the Lagoon is its undisturbed views of the tidal lagoon. Unlike other chalets in the vicinity, this charming rental offers an unobstructed view, allowing you to enjoy the beauty of the lagoon without any interfering trees. This proximity to nature provides quick access to both the Berrara Lagoon and the nearby Berrara Beach, ensuring you can easily indulge in various outdoor activities and water-based adventures.

To ensure your comfort throughout your stay, the chalet is equipped with air conditioning, allowing you to adjust the temperature to your liking. The Beach Shack on the Lagoon promises a delightful holiday experience, offering a serene and stylish coastal retreat with convenient amenities and beautiful waterfront views.

*Please note* that Berrara Waters Chalets are a Private Estate and NOT a Holiday Resort. Please respect others by reducing noise levels in all outdoor areas after 10.00pm.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
