“Wonderful stay. Mark was fantastic. Treated us like a member of the family. Even though it’s on the main road it was very quiet. Extremely clean. It’s only an $9 Uber to the Basin Hotel downtown. We stayed in the Renaissance Room. Very spacious. Our only regret was the whole reason I booked was the winery on site, and it was closed, but they do have another one not far away. We will definitely stay here again.”

“Very quiet stay. The back deck was a good getaway at the end of the day. Housekeeping could have been a bit better but overall a good stay.”

“Great staff. The facility was undergoing a major remodel. My room was done but smelled really strongly of chemicals (new paint, new floors, new everything) and it was overwhelming for me. I opened the window, but there weren’t screens, and since this is still a motel, it wasn’t super safe. I think the smell (and hopefully screens) will be fixed soon but it might be best to wait a little longer until things are sorted. The room did have really soft towels and a lovely bathrobe and I loved access...

“En general, fue una buena estancia, tomamos primero una habitación en la parte trasera frente a la alberca y todo muy bien, hasta vimos la familia de venados que llegan a comer, pero despues nos dieron una habitación frente al parking y ahi hay mucho ruido a partir de las 7:00 am y eso no nos fusto, pero en general buena estancia...!!! ”

“The room smelled terrible and was very outdated. Staff was not friendly. The only reason I booked this place was for the pool and the in room hot tub. There's a reason there aren't many photos.. I wouldn't let my kids swim in the pool because it was full of debris and very cloudy. I booked a two day stay but decided to leave early the first day because it was just a disappointment. The sign in the parking lot warning visitors to lock their cars says it all.”

“I booked through Expedia for a set price and when i got to the hotel they charged me another $109 in fees. Talked to Expedia and the hotel refunded $72 but said the other amount was to cover fees like $10parking, 19.99 for activities fee, and 28.97 for reserved Eureka. Hotel scammed me out of another $75 but besides that it was great. If they where up front with all the fees I would have chosen there sister Hotel which was prettier and had more character.”

“The property manager was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the place and the area. The breakfast was delicious! The location was absolutely perfect! Walking distance to The Crescent Hotel and downtown. I’ll definitely be staying there again!”

“We had an issue with the original property we booked through Vrbo, leaving us with nowhere to stay. Ms. Pat at all seasons was so sweet and helpful in assisting us with booking one of their units. The unit itself was amazing and we were so thankful to be able to connect with someone so quickly to find a place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would definitely recommend staying here!
