“Thanks for a wonderful stay Nigel! Your hospitality and local knowledge was second to none! We really enjoyed our stay at the lodge and reading all about how it was built. Such a beautiful setting with a big peaceful field all around us, the quiet and the comfort of a well constructed property! The little treats left for us on day one was very thoughtful and heartwarming. Thank you!!”

“Breakfast and the room were perfect!”

“Our luxury double room was spacious, clean and kept clean by staff each day. The only comment we would make was that the continental breakfast was not exciting and therefore somewhat disappointing for my wife who does not eat the cooked option.”

“La ubicacion y la atencion en el resto, no me gusto la comida”

“Room was very clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. Excellent meals and friendly helpful staff, Nice views over the golf course though not being a golf player I can't comment on the quality of the course, but it looked well maintained with the help of robotic lawn mowers. Swimming pool was pleasant to use and at good temperature. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay at this Hotel.”

“Not exactly a five star hotel. Ok though for a stopover.”

“To expensive for the value.. lift not working .”

“Great location about 10 minutes drive into the City. Large, clean room with tea, coffee etc and fresh milk in fridge & bottled water too. Quirky room as part of an old pub so floors a little uneven and steepish staircase to get to rooms, but didn’t detract from the stay. Breakfast was delicious and staff all extremely friendly & helpful. As it’s a pub, you are obviously aware of noises from the pub during the day and evening but as soon as it closes, it’s very quiet.”

“Lovely spacious room with large en-suite. Very clean with water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Lovely little extra were the complimentary chocolates and sweets. Breakfast was excellent, excellent options, I had the Avocado on toast with poached eggs which was delicious and coffee was also good quality. Would highly recommend this hotel. Was great value.”

“NO recomiendo este hotel”

“the property was set in a grate location for all the local amenities and roads, the interior was full of rustic charm.”

“Well located to shops and city center.”

“The room was clean and comfortable- bed a bit low and no armchair to sit in. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Staff were helpful and very friendly”
