In Provençal Ardèche, near Vallon Pont d’Arc and just 1 km from the charming village of Bessas, you’ll find our peaceful, panoramic site surrounded by oaks and olive trees. We offer modern cottages for 2 to 8 guests, each with a covered terrace, outdoor furniture, and a barbecue.



Enjoy a heated pool from May to September, a children’s playground, two ping-pong tables, pétanque court, basketball area, library, fitness room for adults (available for an extra fee), a field with football goals, and a refreshment area with table football and billiards.



Pets are welcome for an extra fee. The atmosphere is friendly and family-oriented.



Our contemporary detached house is part of a village of 14 homes built into the hillside, nestled in nature among oaks and olive trees. The setting is quiet and sunny. Covered terraces offer privacy and panoramic views stretching to Mont Ventoux. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.



Facilities include a shared heated pool (May–September), playground, pétanque court, two ping-pong tables, football field, fitness room for adults (available for an extra fee), library, and refreshment area with table football and billiards. In July and August, you can enjoy bread delivery, guided hikes, pétanque competitions, and football and ping-pong tournaments.



Nearby, within 20 km: the Ardèche, Céze, Chassezac, Labeaume, and Ibie gorges, the Pont d’Arc cave, Orgnac cave, Païolive forest, castles, and picturesque villages listed among the most beautiful in France.
