“No servía el aire aondicionado ni la estufa no prendió nunca no pude cocinar en ella eso fue porque rente la casa flotante el baño huele muy feo se regresa los orines y todo lo que uno aga por eso el olor entonces tuvimos que hacer las necesidades en los baños públicos de afuera ....que allí si estubieron peor son un asco de baños no puedo entender porque no los limpian eso si la tazas repletas de popo papel de baño sucios por todos lados creo que el dueño nunca se para allí si lo hiciera...

“This home has it all! Plenty of space, fully stocked kitchen, jetted tub, steam shower! Beautifully decorated, perfect location and awesome views. The owner is fantastic. You also have the opportunity to rent his pontoon boat. This is one of the best places we have ever renred and will be back!”

“We had an amazing stay at this cute and quirky home! The pool was a huge bonus. The layout is a little funky but it worked well for us once we figured out where everything was. The owners have done a great job of making modern updates and still keeping the unique vintage feel of the home. We would absolutely stay here again! ”

“It was a very nice house, close to lots of restaurants and a grocery across the street.The only slight off thing is that there were no hand towels for the bathroom and only 3 bath towels( I thi k the cleaning crew left it all in the dryer as it was full when I did laundry 3 days into the stay.)We would stay there again.”

“Tiny house was as pictured. Parking was a little tight but doable. Pool was nice and people at it were friendly. Community was clean and amenities were good. Dog park was pretty large just wish it had a bench or something for people. Wish we had brought something for hanging stuff to dry at the house but there is an in unit washer/dryer.”

“The house was nice and very new in a good suburban neighborhood. It was 20-25 minutes from Bank of America Stadium and uptown Charlotte. The host was very responsive to my messages. The yard is giant and fully-fenced which was great, and we caught a large mouth bass off the boathouse! Quiet and peaceful, we loved this spot! Plenty of trees and shade in the yard, and the house was charming and very clean.”
