Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at this property the past couple of years. Usually we come down in August but this time we wanted to stay earlier in the season. We absolutely love it here. Just a short walk to the beach, and plenty of room for everyone. We noticed they recently painted which was a nice surprise. Thank you so much for letting us into this wonderful home in our favorite town to spend summer!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had beautiful weather all week and enjoyed a lot of beach time. The rental property is in a great location and the beach isn’t crowded in our area. The only improvement for the house is the mattress in the master bedroom is in poor condition and needs replacing. We love all the updates the owner made this year as far as the paint and decor. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious, great for cooking!

We did wish there was a TV in the Master suite as we had a toddler with us & would have made bedtime easier. You are expected to do a good amount of cleaning before you leave which we typically always do but as a heads up to other guest who may not enjoy to.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming down to the Bethany Fenwick Area for about 40 years, but this was our first time in this house. The layout was perfect for us with kids and grandkids. The house was very clean when we got there, and we even received a call that we could get in early. Will definitely come back to this house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great rental and we had a great time during our stay. The location was great and it had plenty of parking. The couch and beds were comfy and the decks were great to hand out on. The unit could use a REALLy good spring cleaning and paint job. The general surface areas were clean however, the interior cabinets need a good scrubbing and the oven as well. We did a lot of eating at the unit and would run out of silverware frequently.
