Para toda la familia Lakeview Alta Vista, en Colonia del Mar Occidental

Lakeviews desde casi todas las ventanas y se proyecta en el porche de este condominio familiar. Podrá disfrutar de este 4 dormitorios meticulosamente mantenido (Master, invitados, estudio, y altillo) y tres unidades baños completos. Nuestro piso es un nivel superior vista soleado y muy bien decorado en un ambiente tranquilo y privado.

Hemos hecho varias mejoras a la casa desde comprarlo. ¡En 2018 renovamos la cocina con gabinetes nuevos y encimeras de cuarzo! En 2015, agregamos pisos laminados de HW y nuevas literas. En 2014 compramos un nuevo A / C central, lavavajillas, lavadora, camas nuevas, ropa de cama y el apartamento estaba recién pintado.

Hay 4 nuevos televisores de pantalla plana y 2 reproductores de DVD. Todas las habitaciones tienen ventiladores de techo y hay uno en la malla en porche. Internet inalámbrico gratuito. La unidad cuenta con una amplia biblioteca de libros, películas y juegos para la familia.

La limpieza está incluida en el precio del alquiler de finalizar su estancia. Usted debe traer su ropa de cama y productos de papel o los arreglos para alquilar desde un servicio. Cada inquilino (4 y más años de edad) tendrá que comprar una tarjeta de identificación de recreación para $ 40 para la semana. Esto le da acceso a todos los servicios del Mar Colony e incluye los 2 pases de estacionamiento requeridos. No se permiten mascotas ni fumar en lugares cerrados! Hora de entrada es a las 4:00 horas y la salida es las 10:00 am.

Nuestra unidad de renta de domingo a domingo, mínimo 7 días de la temporada de verano. Evite el tráfico Sábado! Nuestro apartamento puede alojar cómodamente a 10 personas.

Colonia del Mar tiene su propia privada 1/2 milla de playa y un servicio de transporte que te llevará allí. Disfrute de las canchas de tenis 34, un centro de fitness, 12 piscinas, actividades infantiles y numerosos otros servicios durante sus vacaciones.

Beautiful Rental

The property was beautiful and VERY clean! Eight of us stayed here and had plenty of room. We have stayed in many different units in the Sea Colony and this was one of our favorites!

Beautiful condo

My family has been vacationing at Sea colony for over 17 years. This condo was by far the most beautiful property we have stayed at in Sea Colony. Extremely clean and beautifully decorated. We will definitely be staying here again! If I could give it more than 10 stars I would!

Friends reunion

The property is beautiful & very comfortable. Lots of space and many extras. It’s a perfect place for friends or family to gather. The amenities of the community & views of the lake are very special. Lauren is very helpful & is easy to communicate with. We loved our stay & would enjoy visiting again.

We loved it!

This property was clean, well appointed and well located. The layout of the unit was great with the master bedroom away from the action (teenagers). The kitchen fully equipped and large enough to cook breakfast for 8 with no issues. Cozy screened porch. The neighborhood was peaceful and very quiet.We will rent this property again.

Immaculate, high quality condo

We absolutely LOVED our stay in this condo. It was VERY clean, a thoroughly stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, gorgeous aesthetic, and high quality finishes. The location is quiet and a five minute bike ride to the beach, or just a few steps from tram stop 21. The owner was easily reached for questions and very friendly. We are booking again for next year right away! Thank you for a wonderful week.

Outstanding property in Sea Colony

We have visited Sea Colony numerous times and this is the best property hands down! It is equipped with everything a cook could need and more. You will find beach accessories, toys and games, even soothing sleep machines in the bedrooms. The decor makes you feel at home. Most important of all, this updated unit is clean and well maintained.

Beautiful and Well Appointed Unit

Our extended family and friends had a great stay at this Sea Colony residence. The owner/host Lauren was great to communicate with in preparation for our stay and the property lived up to its billing in all regards. The entire unit is beautifully decorated and very well appointed. The furniture in the bedrooms and living areas was of the quality one would choose for one's own home rather than any inexpensive furnishings because it is a rental unit. We especially appreciated how well outfitted the kitchen was with cooking necessities and plenty of dishware and utensils which was very helpful for us cooking in many meals for our large group. We also greatly enjoyed being located a short walk from one of the large outdoor pools/hot tubs, as well as from the fitness center which has a large indoor pool. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with our stay at Lauren's unit and will definitely look to return there for future visits to Bethany Beach!

Yearly Family Gathering

The property is very well kept. The kitchen has been updated and remodeled. The rooms are beautifully decorated and freshly painted. The only minor drawback is the master shower could use a bit of fresh ink up. The stall is showing it’s age which definitely does not reflect the same look and feel with rest of the place. We really enjoy our stay there! Lauren was very easy communicate with and a joy to deal with! Thank you! Chris and Tim

Beautiful Condo!

We had the time of our lives staying at this condo! This condo is beautifully decorated, very clean and we felt right at home staying here. We loved the bike/hike trail along the resort and loved how it was lit up at night with lanterns! Our two year old loved going to the dock that is a short walk from the condo to feed the fish and turtles. The condo is just a short drive/bike ride/ tram ride to the beautiful, well-kept beach. We loved our vacation spent at this location and can’t wait to come back!

Everything was exceptional!

Our family - 4 adults and 4 kids- spent a week here. The property was terrific! They had a lot of games, it was nicely decorated, clean, and well cared for. Easy to get to the beach with the tram - walking distance to the pool and fitness center. We will stay here again! Thank you for everything.

Great family beach vacation

Beautiful, clean and spacious condo with many amenities offered through Sea Colony including kids club and kids night out. Nice tram to the beach, plenty of pools to play and swim. Location is also close to the boardwalks of Rehoboth Beach, DE and Ocean City, MD. Would definitely recommend to others.

Wonderful home for a family gathering!

This is a fantastic home with a family friendly set up. Great open space for preparing meals while still being able to engage with the family. Warm, relaxing and lovely decore. Walking distance to Tram pick up for the beach. A special week and memories for us and our grandchildren!

One of the Best in Sea Colony

We have rented in sea colony for the past 8 years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. The condo is very clean and very comfortable. The location is quiet and overlooks one of the Sea Colony ponds. There are a lot of decorations that make the house feel very "beachy." We love staying on the "garden" side of sea colony. It is a wonderful community and great vacation spot. We appreciated the owners attention to detail, availability, and professionalism.

My family of five just spent a wonderful week in this beautiful condo. The unit was clean, beautifully and comfortably furnished, and had everything we needed. I was concerned that it might be too far from the ocean, but the setting was peaceful and accessible to everything we needed. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Absolutely Wonderful!!

Our beach vacation was amazing...it all started with dealing with Lauren and walking through the door of her beautiful condo. The location is perfect and morning coffee on the screened in porch, overlooking the lake, was a wonderful way to start each and every day. Our children (14,11,5) loved the amenities in this vacation home and enjoyed the easy and short shuttle ride to the beach. Evenings in Bethany or our short drive to Rehoboth topped off our activities...when we return to Bethany Beach, we will rent this beautiful home again...thank you, Lauren!!
