    Sandywalk consists of 4 townhouses located in the ocean block of Bethany Beach. Just off the boardwalk and beach, they offer 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, balcony and a desirable location. This two level townhouse is just steps from the ocean and boardwalk in the town of Bethany Beach. Park the car and enjoy all that Bethany has to offer. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen, balcony and outside shower. Limited ocean view from the balcony. Property offers PacknPlay, baby gate, booster seat, beach chairs, umbrella and toys. Things to know Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. The appropriately named Sandy Walk is just a dozen sandy steps from the Bethany Boardwalk. Location is Sandy Walk’s best feature and why we rented there for our family vacation. But location alone isn’t everything, and we won’t be returning next year. Sandy Walk is a 7-figure beach house with a 5-figure view. The property suffered from a lack of pride by the owners and total neglect from the management company (if in fact there was one). Outreach to management was met with such awkward responses (or none at all) that at one point we had to ask it we were ‘speaking’ with a bot. The one human we encountered was a ‘repairman’ who came to fix a non-working slider. When he couldn’t get it working, he left to research a solution and then never returned. But at least he showed up, which is more than we can say for the cleaning crew. Dust, sand and leftover food was everywhere. Some dishes were clean, some were not. The outdoor shower had wet bathing suits in it. The kitchen pantry had no shelves. Cabinets were so full of unnecessary stemware that there was little room for the mountain of groceries we brought for the week. We largely lived out of grocery bags. Every meal or snack became a scavenger hunt. And cooking on a stove without numbers makes cooking nearly impossible. If you book Sandy Walk, book restaurant reservations at the same time, cause you’re going to want to eat out every night. And bring extension cords cause finding an outlet where you need it proved difficult...
